I have read so much positive here about Volt that I am going to take the plunge. But the product confuses me. What is a charging kit? Does that come with the USB charger and the USB wall adapter? (And excuse my ignorance what is a pass-through?) And with the $64.95 starter kit these cartomizers are refillable with juice? HELP!

Ok, looks like the 64.95 kit you are talking about does not come with a usb or wall charger, it does come with a PCC or portable charging case, which you can charge and then use that to charge your batteries.....seems kind of odd to have a kit without a wall adaptor or usb charger if you ask me. A pass through is a battery that you can plug into your computer or wall charger and vape while they charge (some however are permanently tethered). Yes you would be able to refill those cartomizers.
OK...... comes with PPC and PPC charger. No regular battery charger but you can charger the PPC and an e-cig battery inside the PPC at the same time. Cartos are refillable. If you are a heavy smoker this for me would be you most inexpensive way to go. Always have a battery inside the PPC charging and the other In your mouth. The Pass-Through is like vaping with an extension cord(don't have to worry about a dead battery)
