Ok, Kimmyw came up with the idea to take a bit of emery cloth after removing the spring, and using a bit of force, she has accomplished this.

There does seem to be a bit of debri in the bottom of a few of these extended cups, if there is anyone that would rather not mess around with it, then please contact me, and I will make sure you get one that you do not have to clear it out.

thanks Kimmyw :)

would love to go they paying i hope. teach them to notch & tac

i got mine from chad at ecigsupply
will just put away when my cjb 2 return

but they could change lots to it.
i bought cause of features and 4 caps but description is wrong comes with 1 cap 4 adapters..

great entry level mod tho.
cant wait 4 the surprise in works :) yes i know what it is...

Rick you better get one of those driooing tips quick too so you can just poor you e-liquid right down the shoot into your Atty. I would bet thought that your wire contacts and your center contact spring will blow quickly vaping like this, heck just use a HV Atty y friend, much better tasting juice this way too and fin the lowest resistance HV Atty you can, you must have dibbs over there at EM and some say on what Ohms they build there Attys at the plant you buy them from.!!!

Frankly, if you're going to use an HV atty - which has a higher resistance - then you might as well stick to standard atties and 3.7 volts.

Just my two pennorth.

I agree about using HV atties on 6v, it kind of defeats the purpose.. Yea your pumping out 6v, but your not getting that at the coils.

Also as far as contacting the supplier I bought from, I know for a fact he buys directly from East Mall. Ive worked retail a long time, and its always been go back to the manufacturer for problems. Eastmall got their money one way or another, just because it went from me, to my supplier (who is very small right now) to eastmall, instead of from me to eastmall directly, doesnt mean there shouldnt be some kind of coverage.

So your telling me, I go into classifieds, buy an indulgence someone used for 5 minutes and absolutely hated or maybe they just had something they liked better and were selling for a good price. Lets say its a week old for laughs, you arent going to cover it at all?

you go to your supplier -----
you are his customer, -- his responsibility,
he should take care of your issue with any product he has sold to you.

he has worked out how he will handle his customer service agreement with his wholesaler, before taking on the seller status.

if you buy a phillips TV from WallMart,
you do not go to phillips for service- you go back to where you bought it -- wallmart.
they deal with you -----
they then deal with their wholesaler.

Just my 2 cents worth -------

and I do not know if warranty is -
transferrable to a third party,

but I do not think so --
Items sold are warranted by the original seller as new product.

I think the warranty from the original seller,
becomes void, when the item is resold,
as it then becomes a second hand product -- isn't it ???????

however, -- it is entirely at the discression of the original seller
as to how they choose to handle a matter like this.

this from the legal website -------

The warranty you get on new items is solely between the person who bought the item and the original seller only
- it is limited to the initial purchaser and vendor only and is not attached to the item itself.
So if you buy a second hand item still under warranty,
the warranty itself will not transfer to the new owner.
This is the reason why sub-sellers offer their own conditions and warranties.
Strictly speaking, the warranty for purchased Items is between the original vendor and the person who bought the item from the original vendor.
Break the chain at any point and the warranty goes.
However some vendors will - at their discretion - make exceptions,
But it is legally, - entirely - up to them.

Just to state things clear.
we posted here for your advice & to suggest things to EM Cause it is a EM Product.

The shop's we buy from Can not Add features or Upgrade The cups on units.
Only EM Can do that.

But will EM listen to there retailers better if they suggest the 4cups with slot to lock atty in place?

None of us trying to be rude or anything.

Chad at EcigSupply is great. No Regrets.
So Please don't get us wrong.

BTW Hope nobody gets this wrong.
My Posts were not for trying to get warranty or anything.
Was just to point out some stuff that should be done.
Which is to EM & no way affiliated to any Retailer.

You guys just all ...... on my battery. Sorry can I use that word? I just bought a Titanium Indulgence from EM on the 15th actually I ordered a whole bunch of stuff +- $340 and as you can see I'm from South Africa and as the South African Rand is SA Rand 7.60 to the Dollar work it out for yourself it's quite a lot of money where I'm from. I thought I was going to get this great product no problems and start vaping at any voltage I want yes I got all the extension cups as well. Now I hear things like this the colour of the paint does not match on the different components - the atty's does not work - I need to spend even more money for another charger - the unit only comes with one adapter cup and loose adapters that spins around when you screw in the atty and the list goes on.... what's next someone going to complain about the e-juice that sucks too yes I bought a bunch of that as well please someone tell me this is just a bad dream it's the first time I ever bought from EM please don't let me regret it:(:(:confused:8-o8-o
PS: OH yes and I got the pass thru too and I heard you need to run that threw something else again because you can't run it from your computer so still more money!! Why was none of this mentioned on the website? Oh well I suppose Marlboro here I come.

Esig,

I dont know about all those problems as some are having.

I have an indulgence and it works fine on 3,7v with all the adapters and attys.

People here are talking about the 6v extension tube which I dont have.

I know you will enjoy your unit when you get it.

As far as the HV and attys not working. I don't know about that. Hopefully it will all work for you.

Try not to get upset as I really like the Indulgence.

The atty connectors wasn't the best design but its no problem putting on an atty even though there is a little turn. It works well for me and I have no problems seating the atty into the connector.

I wouldnt hesitate in buying another unit or recommending it to anyone else.

only the 801 adapter spins that im aware of. at least on mine.

the device works great for me. Just wish it was 4cups with adapters slotted & Tac welded Like they show & State in there description.
& if they would learn to use same paint for extended cup. *They were fixing that*

but when I get my juicebox back I will be using that as a main & indulgence as my side.

I prefer the 801 & 401 over 510 & 901.
I don't have a HV atty
& The cartos I got elsewhere I did not care for.

The titanium is what I have & the extended cup is a diff color.
But the regular batt cup is same as button.
And the adapter cup slowly fading. from all the swapping atties etc.

The juice I can not answer. I personally never tried there juice.
I use juice from states. as for me being a smoker still most juices don't taste to me.
But some do.
Don't get scared they have been making changes but DI jumped in with out understanding. Which caused this to get out of hand.

Sorry Di just your misunderstood what was being talked about.
No offence to you.

The charger can charge the 3.2v batteries
But we are unsure of if its good for those 3.2v batteries
Thats part of the battery charging discussion.
Not knowing enough about the included batteries & Charger info. Makes us question.

Some had issues with using specific atties with 6v I believe it was.
As I can use regular atties at 3.7 & 6v with no problems.
I have yet to try a HV Atty so I can not state anything on that.

Hope's this made sense to you.

hiya KD,

I do understand that a few of the adapter bullitts are not a tight fit, and some do spin a bit, but with a finger against it, most peeps have managed to use them just fine,
I am one of the lucky ones, mine do not spin at all.
But I am sorry, yes, there are a few that do.

The device as a whole is an excellent PV and does work well, extremely well in fact, as many are testifying here.

The The original thread caps were changed and the 1 cap and 4 bullitt adapters were adopted after several of you guys out there suggested it as an inprovement,
haahhaahah
-
so you see -- we do listen to you, -- but sometimes we just please some of you, and others become unhappy.....
:(

& if they would learn to use same paint for extended cup. *They were fixing that*

The extended cups, and the Passthru are manufactured on a different separate batch run completeley from the main kit body,
so this is why there is some variance in the colors I think.

I have not got my Titanium yet, so I cannot comment,
but I hope it is not too great a variance,
and I am sure it does not detract from the performance.

and as is stated here by KD, - it is being * Looked at *

I love my 801 attys, they are what I have been using for well over 15 months now, and my backup atty is now the 901.

I use juice from states. as for me being a smoker still most juices don't taste to me.
But some do.

Eastmall juice is directly from dekang, and most peeps do not have a problem with it,
altho new vapers, and then later seasoned vapers, do find that they like to change around and try different ones till they find something that suits them well.

Don't get scared they have been making changes but DI jumped in with out understanding. Which caused this to get out of hand.

Sorry Di just your misunderstood what was being talked about.
No offence to you.

No offence was taken here except from the ones that openly try to promote and sell other sites and products on Eastmall forum-

I was answering the questions asked in regard to the customer service and Warranty issues from other sellers,
that was asked by the poster - jgdovin

of course anyone can ask questions about the Eastmall products --
thats what we are here for,
to ask, to learn, and to share knowledge.

we are fine KD, -----
:)

Thats part of the battery charging discussion.
Not knowing enough about the included batteries & Charger info. Makes us question.

I have posted several times about the charger ,
as too has mud, and David Yang,
also I have suggested alternatives for you if you prefer to use another charger,
as also have several other members, so you should be able to make an informed decision from reading all of this.

and yes,

the attys, most peeps are having no problems at all using any --
and all - of the attys --- at 3.7V and or 6V ----

a few are having problems, and we have found the cause,
and solved the problem, so again, -- no cause for concern.

We have very good peeps in this forum,
they are knowledgeable, and very helpful,
they give generously of both and help all other members whenever they can,
you can be sure of getting help for any and all your questions here,

our members are kind, and helpful, and generous with their time and knowledge.

and thanks doots, and KD for your help here
with explanations and answers.

I dont wanna blow up or anything because well I do love this product, just annoying that its not working and I have nothing around to make it work. I dont see any debris in the bottom of extended cup, but it looks like it is almost black, I still dont understand why the HV atty from eastmall works fine, but standard 510 atty doesnt work on same batteries, but both work on 3.7v just fine.

My issue is, I feel like i was basically told to go screw myself, because I was just asking about what the issue is, and what could be done to fix it. I dont think I asked for a replacement directly from eastmall. But it is aggravating, I love this thing so much, its my first mod, and it kills my stock batteries any day. I just wish it worked as advertised, I understand manufacturing defects, as I said I worked retail for many years.

So Ive been trying to scrape the bottom of the cup with a pair of scissors since its the only thing i have long enough to fit down the cup, and try and scrape whatever gunk is down there, but still not working. Any other suggestions?

I ruled out the switch, so I do believe you on the gunk in the bottom of extended cup. I just wanna experience true 6v vaping! :)

First of all jgdovin

do not feel that way,

I did not mean to offend you, or hurt your feelings at all,

I was answering to your question on other sellers warranty and warranty transfer in general

I will now try to answer your question ----

can I suggest a soft sand paper wrapped around a pencil,

or as one suggested, a ladies emery board,
get down in there and scrape around ????

this seems to have worked for a couple of others, ----

if not, please contact mud, and ask for a replacement...
:)

and I honestly do not know what is going on with the atty.

Will try that, and would contact mud if it was my last resort because I prefer not to lose my item for a while, but as stated before I would need to go to my vendor, who only has a few of these kits in right now and it seems that all of his have the same problem to some degree. So I'd have to go to my vendor, have him take it back, then when he got it, him deal with mud/eastmall and then him send it back, then wait for him to get new one, then him send me new cup.

So I will see what I can do about fixing mine in the morning, but thank you for coming back and not making me feel bad for how I already felt lol.

I never want any of our valued customers / friends
to feel bad,
and I will always try to help if I can

so too does mud

and David................

I should not do this,

shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

read this-- then eat it - so it cant be seen I did it............

but ask your vendor to ask David, ---

very nicely -- preety please with a cherry on top -

for a few spares for this sort of contingency
so he can do the replacement from there,
and return all his returns to Eastmall at the end of each month
for replacement ---- maybe ?????
