Hi there,

I was a really heavy analog smoker for one and a half pack every day since 15 years ago.
I really2 couldn't quit smoking.. Tried several times but always failed.
So, despite it cost like more than $200/month to smoke analog.. I felt like my lungs are weakens..
I can't breath deeper.. Everytime I tried to breath deep.. I feel like I wanna cough..

Finally the enlightenment began..
I bought my first PV called njoy NPRO for $21 at 7/11 2 months ago
That was a really good first time experience..
I like the vapor.. it almost a real cigarette.. and the nicotine.. makes me relax..
Can't get anywhere without that.. and I never touch a single analog since then..
I think I have improvement for my lungs.. I can breath deeper.. I could run faster in treadmill... and I'm no longer smell stinks..
But the cons are.. The carts are so expensive you pay like $19 for 5 carts..
The battery won't last long.. Only last like 3 hours and I gotta have spare in my pocket..
And after a month or so.. the batteries will defunct..
Yeah it still cheaper than analog cigarettes but.. I wish I could get cheaper than that..

Then after I read some reviews in this forum.. I bought Go-go from Nhaler..
I like the heavy duty thing that pv brought.. You can fill the cartos and you can almost don't have to refill again for all day long..
But I don't like the size... it will be embarrassing for me to bring that anywhere in public..
And.. I don't like the type of the vapor.. It hurts my throat.. the vapor are harsh and I can't really enjoy it unless I really2 need to vape..

So.. Please help me guys.. Give me some suggestion for the next PV of mine:
I want a PV with:

1. Long battery life.
2. Smooth vapor (not harsh)
3. Easy to refill and long lasting.
4. Smaller in size (just like analog)

Where should I buy it..
I would invest for this kind of PV badly..

How long have you had the go go? I'm asking because of harsh throat hit..I don't have one of those, I have an eGo, but when I put a new atty on, even after blowing out primer, etc..it's a full half day before that nasty stuff stops burning my throat...almost like the atty needs to be broken in. Possibly that's the problem?

I love my eGo, no issues on using it in public, about same length as analog, but bat is larger in diameter. I also have a Joye 510 manual set..you would probably be happy with that if you don't mind switching batteries more often. I like to keep something as generic as possible as far as being able to find accessories for it, that's why I ended up w/ the eGo & joye 510...for the most part, all interchangable. I even do the no no LR on the joye on occassion, have never had an issue. I REALLY prefer the manual batteries over auto though.

The problem you're going to run into is that if you want longer battery life the analog sized ones just can't give you that so you have to make a choice which is more important to you longer battery life or size.
The problem with the TH could be the liquid you are using.
I wish you the best in your quest and do check out the New Members sticky area - it's full of good information!

You aren't going to get long battery life out of a small, cigarette type battery. It just isn't possible right now. The GoGo, eGo, Riva type batteries are going to be your best bet.

If the juice is too harsh then you might want to look at how much PG is in the juice. PG is harsh and it's just one of the components that make up throat hit. Some people really like it, others don't. I'm one that doesn't, so my juices are a mix of 60%PG/40%VG. VG is going to give you more vapor, a little sweetness and a smoother vape.

I also prefer manual batteries. They give you more control over your experience, they're more consistent and you don't have to worry about juice getting in them and ruining them. Manual batteries are sealed while automatic batteries aren't. Autos have a hole at the connection end so they can be activated by the draw. If juice gets in the hole, it can make that battery useless.

A lot of people want that. The problem is right now you can't get 1 and 4 together. Personally, with the disdain a lot of people regard smoking and smokers, I don't understand the desire to look like you're smoking in public.

Anyway you have two ways to go. You can get something like a KR808D1 kit with a PCC and several batteries from Vapor4Life. You'll still have to change batteries but, with the PCC, you don't have to be tied to a plug to charge them. I'll recommend manual batteries. Then you can refill carts or drip without worrying about juice running into the battery and shorting it out.

Or you can suck it up and get an eGo or Riva. I don't think it's as big as a go-go. There are so many options available for these things that I'm sure you can find something that'll vape the way you like.

As long as you can deal with the basic physics that long battery life means a bigger battery, you should be able to get where you want to go with your current rig. (If you had a choice between cars, but they all used the same engine, atomizer or cartomizer, but had different sized gas tanks, you pick the range you'd like to drive and deal with the tank size. Tank=battery)

TH is a function of power and nicotine content of your juice. Changing the power output of your hardware is possible, but it is much easier to change the juice you're using. Drop down in the nicotine level, try different ones so you can dial it in. Try some different flavors while your at it. Some flavors have greater TH than others too.

Also make sure you are vaping the PV and not smoking it. If you attempt to draw on it like a cig, it will be harsh and causes nearly everyone to cough. Vape is a slow gentle draw into the mouth, pausing, then opening the mouth a bit wider and THEN inhaling.

I agree on the eGo...hubby and I both bought eGo kits and the battery lasts us 8-10 hours. I was a 2-pack-a-day REDS smoker (yeah...trying to kill myself I guess) for 20 years and the whole e-cig thing ticked me off at first...but then I discovered the drip tip. Ahh. I fill up 2 or 3 tiny 3 mL bottles of whatever different flavors I feel like vaping that day, stick it in the pouch with my e-cig, and go about my merry way. I use MAYBE 2 mL of liquid a day dripping...that's if I'm "pacifier vaping"...dripping might be annoying to those on the go, but hubby (who's an electrician) says it's no big deal to pull the cig & bottle out of his pocket and "drip and go". Drip tips were what FINALLY helped him put the analogs down for good (another Reds smoker). Good luck!

If you are looking for small PV size and longer battery life, maybe a PCC(Personal Charging Case) would be a good idea. This way you will have a small case to put your e-cig parts in and it will charge your batteries while you are on the go. Maybe a KR808D-1 or 510 PCC would suit your needs. I know that Nhaler carries a couple different KR808D-1 PCCs.

Edit: What MickeyRat said.
