Considering Iken's Atty's...letting you folks decide

I’d like the current Iken users to chime in on this, looking for advice on which Iken atty’s I should consider. I normally enjoy vaping either at 3.7 or 6V.

Been vaping for a few years now, tried many different atty’s, but never Iken…think it’s time.

Let me throw out my specs, and let the Iken users decide.

Device: REO Grand (or Ali'i ) & SB

Battery: Either a 18650 (aw IMR) at 3.7v or x2 cr123a stacked totaling 6v. On the SB, I might crank it up to 7.4

Juice Preference: tobacco, vanilla, caramel, honey, cream...not much fruit flavors.

Juice Vendors: BWB, FSUSA, TV, and my own DIY. Normally at 60pg-40vg on average.

vaping Preferred Experience: 1. Flavor 2. Vapor 3.TH ...in that order.

Its really hard to beat the io6 1.8Ωlr's for 3.7v's and the io6 3.5Ωhv's for 6v's. (All are 306, but fully compatiable with the 510 reos.) You should have a look at the io6 beta tester thread a few threads down from this one.

Can't focus on the Reo or Ali but for the SB. Based on 1, 2 and 3 of your Q. My recommendations in order are:

IO6 in 1.8 and 3.5

801 minis in 1.8 and 3.5

901 in 1.8 and 3.5

510 in 1.8 and 3.5 but do not dismiss the 4.5 at 6V based on your criteria you will be pleasantly surprised with that one

I wholeheartedly agree with the 2 posters above.
I only use the i06 1.8ohm on my REO. You must use the special Iken i06 drip tip for now (other drip tips for it are in the works).

I get much better flavor with the i06 than the Iken 510 1.8ohm.

Yup! Ian is the IKV vendor in Canada.

Yes the 306 requires a 306 drip tip and the IO6 requires an IO6 dript tip.

He carries the io6 drip tip he designed. He's also working on more as we speak, as well as Cherry Vape is working on one as well.

There's also a DCA io6 coming out. While you can't use a DCA io6 on a bottom feeder... there should be drip tips available as well. (At some point)

My new Fave is the 1.5 510s, the two I have ohmed out a little higher but they provide that TH that I so badly crave, flavors not bad either but when I am looking for the flavor I pop on a LR 901 from ikv, thats my second favorite, btw I love any nationality beaver

I have a few of the new Iken 510's, but I made the mistake (?) of putting the LR i06 on first, and haven't been able to put it down or change it out, and that was a week ago.
I am praying for a Pyrex i06 d/t, but until something better comes out, I'm using it on a bottom feeder, which does do the trick.

DCA said they were working on it... but you can't even get a DCA 306 for a while now.
Not that Isaac's d/t is that bad, it just gets the juice hung up and back up when dripping... btw, I will just take it off (slides easily) and drip on the bridge.

yeah, in my 2 years of vaping if i haad to choose just one type it would be 901 becasuse of that.

I've never in my 3 months of dripping found anything with the flavor of the i06, not even close. That being said, I just received a HV 901 with my i06's, but haven't tried it yet.

i think that the i06, like the 306 in form, with its exposed bridge, no body wall above the bridge, helps keep track of the amount of juice; so much of dripping hassles is too much or too little juice.

I've tried a bunch but my fave by far is the 3.5Ω iO6. Huge vapor and I finally can taste the juice in my reo again.

At home I'll use just about any 901 on a buzz but, I use an empire drip shield as well. Out and about where dripping really doesn't cut it, it's a 3.7V bottom feeder with an IKV 1.8 ohm 901. Good vape, good flavor and you have to work to flood it.
