constantly failing batteries

I am using Titan mega batteries and a multi (5) 510 mega charger . The charger is less than two months old. I bought a five pack of manual mega batteries last Tuesday and by Friday 3 had failed. My supplier changed the three on Monday. The other two failed on Tuesday, and today one of the three they gave me in exchange failed. They all go the same way, I put them in the charger, it stays red for hours, ( for as long as you leave it in the charger). If you take it out and press the button without an atomiser on the blue light stays on till you let go of the button. When you attach the atomiser, one you know is working, the light flashes and then goes off, if you then put it back in the charger the light is green and stays that way, but the battery still does the same when you take it out again. I have had one battery that has lasted two weeks so far using the same charger. Does any one have any ideas please, my suppler was not very happy changing the three batteries, and insists that the charger is OK. I am on a very restricted income and cannot afford to keep paying out so I am hoping some one has a solution please, Thanks, Poppins

It's the charger. Replace it. OR get a usb charger and use that.
