The Peach State
I actually only post in 4 threads, usually. Over 3000 posts in one thread. I only know 7 of the people that like my recipe.

And only 3 of those 7 are people who post in my 4 regular threads.

You know I  you pwyll.

I am also very happy about the twist. Pop definitely needs to read faster! I wanna know who my competition is

It's amazing what people will say once you point out that they put their return address on a PIF...

You and pchela are automatically disqualified from the secondary contest by being the winners of the primary. It's one of the rules.

Pop and/or Scuba will confirm this once they see the pictures I photoshopped found on the internet acquired from a very competent private investigator...

The only blue county in Texas!
Hahahahahahaha. Hahahaha. Hahaha. No.

That was pchela's weekend.

Ahahahahahha...

As for the "likes" thing and popularity - it was not too long ago that I was the newb participating in contests and thinking that the popular people always won. And I can see that being a problem which is why the "like" system for contests is somewhat flawed. But, I have noticed that the winners tend to be on the first or second pages with these contests. In fact, every "like" contest I've won, my entry has been on the first or second page. It seems that people don't usually look through the entire thread which puts the later entries at a disadvantage. Point in case, who's more popular here than BiancaMontgomery? If it were strictly a popularity contest, she'd win, hands down. Hell, I'd vote for any recipe she put up! Pwyll on the other hand... :p I do always make a point of going through the contests I participate in and voting for my favorites. But, I like to think that people voted for my recipes because they sounded good... not because they like my online persona. In any case, I had fun and I love Mom and Pop for putting on fun contests like this!

Now, if you'll excuse me, it seems I need to install an anti-peeper security system in my apartment! I don't know how he's looking in on the third floor but, apparently, Pwyll is resourceful!

LOL Pwyll, I love that Sphinx cat, he's definitely met a photo editor though...;)
Pchela, I'm one of those who also actually read through each and every entry before I liked any of them. If I didn't like
an ingredient from previous tasting experience, I didn't 'like' the recipe. My only exception to that rule was a few that contained chocolate.
Chocolate is a hit or miss for me, I think it depends on the mixologist. And Tami's so spot on with all the others I've tried, I have faith she can make it work on those that do contain it.
