Quick Question - ANy of the contest being extended since ECF was down since approximately 10 PM last night?

Some might...but there were a few of the Labor Day contests that ended at 9pm last night before the site went down and the 300 post contest from GLV had already reached 300 before it went down. Those ones were technically over already so I doubt those will be extended. The others might be, though, and the beer tap naming contest WAS extended until tomorrow sometime.
