Allowing them to sell any information you enter when you sign up and giving them permission to give you friends/contacts/whatever it's called on FB to the companies that run any games or apps you play or use.
EDIT: I went ahead and posted because so many people have no idea how pervasive FB's spam generation is, or at least tries to be.
