Hey all. While (im)patiently waiting for my Vapor King and Backwoods Brew juice to arrive in the mail, I started pondering about how I should approach my dosage levels. I smoke a pack of Marlboro Lights a day which totals up to 16mg of nicotine. So when I receive the 18mg strength juice, how many mls to I vape to achieve that intake level of 16-18mgs? Obviously I'm missing something here but I'll be dang if I can figure it out.

I don't know that there is any correct answer to your question. You will vape way more nicotine than you used to; just because of the novelty of "vaping" - it's OK though....you will slack off as you adjust and the "newness" wears off. I personally went WAY crazy - found out you can generate some wicked headaches from to much of a good thing....
If you've never vaped before....read up on the advice through the forums....

A. Charge your batteries first
1. blow out your atomizers before use for the first time....(blow thru the small end over a sink to clean out the primer)
2. add a couple of drops of the liquid directly to the atomizer
3. If you're going to be swapping flavors to find your "niche", get a drip tip very soon, or pull the guts out of a 510 (if that's your style) including the small holes at the top, (getto drip tip....look it up...) and just drip 2-3 drops max for the equiv of a cig.
if it starts to fade or taste burnt - add 2 more drops.....
4. have fun....thats what it's really all about....

The Internet
18mg per ml is the amount that you would be vaping. After using 1ml, you will, then, have used 18mg of nicotine. Don't use the comparison to cigarettes though, it is not the same. Your average light cigarette may have ~.9mg of nicotine in it, but it also contains ammonia that releases the bound nicotine molecules, causing you to freebase the tobacco.

FWIW, I smoked Camel Lights before starting to vape. Around 15 per day. I use 18mg/ml most of the time, but sometimes need 24mg/ml. I vape mostly all day. I am starting to DIY some at about 20mg/ml because I don't want to be constantly vaping, but 24mg is a bit too much for me.
