A thingy (even a Prothingy Thingy) with a Doo Dad is all well and fine. But unless you combine it with a Doo Hicky or at the verry least a Whatchamacallit, it's really noth worth the bother.

Lets try it this way! started with V2cigs auto batts (808) got the wife and me off analogs best 100 bucks I ever spent, after 4 weeks of buying then started filling carto got 4 spinners and 4 clearomizers (I'm buying for 2 people) wow what better taste and vapor and did I say taste, fill these clearos twice a day your good to go, the spinner batts last 2wice as long as the 808s. At the 8th week I became a vamo owner with 2 18650 batts, set it up for no2 (RMS) and away I went, the batts last 2wice as long or longer than the spinner batts, switching beween the spinner and the vamo I can tell the differance in taste, I think (not sure) the spinner voltage is an average voltage where the Vamo can be set to AVG or the prefered RMS, I like my vamo for home use but I'll keep my spinners for driving and yard work and my 808s for going fishing on the river bank.

Those who ask for convincing have either already made up their mind to buy an expensive mod for whatever reason, or they don't really need one because whatever they have is still working for them.

In your case (the "need" for a new toy), it's like car shopping. There are too many owners/salespeople giving out too many pitches for their devices to get a conclusive reason to settle on one. The best thing to do is to look up the devices, their features, and user reviews and decide for yourself what's best for you.

Buy a vamo. I loved my SS ZMax2 function-wise but inside a month it started randomly re-setting itself. It still works, but it is sitting in backup status now that I have my K100.

If your vamo breaks, you can buy another and still not be out of pocket the price of a ZMax2, though the Z looks nicer.

exhalevapors is selling sigelei zmax v2 for 60$ .. mines been working great for well over a month now .. 20$ more than the vamo and worth the extra imo
