Convince me to buy a Vamo, zmax, etc. I have a spinner right now
You want a big regulated device if you're looking for:
-longer vape times without recharging, seperate batteries are a much cheaper solution (camping / outdoors)
-power regulation (for example you're going out and want to take a carto tank instead of a genesis because they don't leak, simply screw it on and you're done)
-using a big tank atty like a genesis or carto tank
-buying some batteries instead of a whole new device when it dies
-looking extremely conspicuous walking down the street
Am I the only person who think a T-max looks really interesting?
It looks like my next mod if anything. Double 18650 powered VW in a reasonable package? Sweet!
Not really. Just very hard to get right on the first couple of tries. Expect some cursing. And read eHumans guide. Don't let the youtube guides fool you. It's not that easy, but neither is it really hard.
I don't think they're very hard at all. I wrapped a 2ohms coil with 4 wraps and no hotspots on my first try. I broke it because I started fiddling and actually created hotspots. I wanted to get the wick closer to the positive post and put strain on the wire. I found out that this WILL break when heated. On a 2nd try I broke it again, not realizing the aforementioned. 3rd try I did 3 wraps instead of 4 by recycling the wire, ended up with 1,6ohms. It's almost the lowest most regulated devices will let you go, so I was happy with that.
I still want to experiment with the number of wraps to get more flavor out but I'm pretty sure this will affect the amount of wicking and resulting dry hits.
Wattwick a local store is selling the aga t+ might check it out.
If you have something to stick it on, by all means go ahead. Just be sure to leave out all the screws because it has a huge effect on flavor, I wish more youtube 'guides' would've told me this.
