So yesterday I got my new innokin SVD (have to remember to enunciate clearly when talking about SVD to make sure there are no misunderstandings, lol) and I have been thinking of ways to add a unique touch to it. In reviewing the modding forum, I did not see anyone with this done, so I thought I would post it.
At Hobby Lobby the other day, I saw a paint, called Precious Metals, that is a liquid leaf. I picked up Copper and Bronze and have played with them on my EVOD colors so I can see how durable it will be, plus it helps differentiate my juices since I usually carry a couple filled EVOD's with me and have a few repeat colors (stainless and black.) The copper seems to holding up ok, so today I was playing around areas to highlight, low and behold, I think I am satisfied with my results (only time will tell) - I should have taken before pics but was not sure how it would turn out.
