copper creek went way above and beyond for me

I ordered liquids from them on January 5(or around then). About 7 days later I realized it may be lost in the mail. I posted a question in the chit chat thread and he pm me right away and helped me out. He went to his post office to see what he could do. Sadly the package is still lost. He sent out a new package with a sample and I received it today. Great juice and supplier. I have overall respect and an amazing experience with them. Copper creek is an awesome supplier.

Ya it was excellent customer service. I think many suppliers would say it will come eventually, he reshipped it and kept in contact with me before shipping it trying to find it. He went to the post office also in search of the missing package.
