This is my new copper mod idea. I basically got this idea from Breaktru and it is coming together .
I have all the parts to do the evercool mod and I am debating on making it a push top activated mod or a Mechanical switch type. I am putting a Army Green Liquinator on it . It will run on 1 18650 for 3.7 vaping all day long.

I was not careful enough with clearances between the switch connections and the housing (I went with a switch as opposed to mechanical) . When I made the final assembly by placing the top cap with battery connector and switch on, one of the legs from the switch contacted the body.

Yes, thankfully the protection circuit did its job.

Glad to hear the protection circuit worked, you never know unless you need it. I guess the lesson here is don't assemble your copper mod with the battery in it. Did it arc before the battery shut down? Thanks for sharing that.

You said you want to do a evercool mod, but you also said you want to use 1 battery.....the two dont go together.

I am just using the 18650 for 3.7 vape all day . I am debating on stuffing the evercool in it and having some adjustability as well.
Have the parts just never done it before and might try it on this mod.
