copper/red stingray sxk different model than copper stingray infinite?

Was looking into buying a copper/red stingray clone by sxk but can only find it in stock on ebay. I keep seeing a pre order for a copper stingray made by infinite with about the same release date.The pictures look very close to the same but cannot figure out if these are two different models or the same as I have heard the sxk is a re-branded infinite. Just want some advice before I place an order. Thank You

VaporTek USA has a pre order for it. Personally would buy the real one over a clone, love my Copper Black Stingray and would love this one, but there's this White Gold Mech that real makes me want it. lmao.
