Haven't really been following this thread, but wanted to uodate...

I WILL be ordering another one of these, and another Origen Little, as backups. Don't really have a need for them(yet), but you never know.

I have consistent vape after the o-ring addition under the 510. My 1.4ish coil of 8 wrap 3/32 28g is doing fine. Almost makes me wonder if my same coil in the KFL+ clone/Kato clone is capable of the same. But that's neither here nor there....

Lighter, so the Coppervape wins that.

Wicks/coils not sitting in juice. Coppervape wins that.

Sturdiness.... well, the judgment is still out on that. If I needed a mod for a day trip TOMORROW, I would take both, just to have a backup, which is my current everyday norm.

I'd guess that for "bulletproofness", and less than 12 hours, I'd take the Kato/KFL combo(with a 12mg nic juice), today, because I haven't been able to break it yet. That bottle seems kind of exposed on the Coppervape. I could be wrong(wouldn't be the first time) . Time will tell...

No more than most other BF mods I've seen and less than many.

The mod I've used exclusively for the last 6mo+, including 4 month in Afghanistan exposes more than the CV.

What's the implication of the bottle being exposed?
Puncture wound is my guess, but more coverage ends up like a reo or the franken fake with the side squonk which i dont care for. Plus cv as is lets it be a nice ambidexterous use squonk hole.

I figured that might be what was being suggested. These bottles I have sure seem durable. If an object pierced them in your pocket it would have probably lodged in your thigh first.

Finally got around to building my Halady clone and slapped it on a Coppervape. Great combo. My 0.45ohm 3mm mixed twisted coil is too big (slow ramp), but with the right coil this will be an amazing single coil squonk setup!

I'm running a .3Ω Ni80 in the Halady as we speak. No ramp up practically.

Totally agree on both points. Right or left hand, thumb or index finger firing, you can squonk the CV without ever having to change your grip.

I agree that it could just be me being overly cautious, but that's probably just because I have been using the KFL in all metal mode.

I meant to add that the ease of rewicking is also a win for the CV.

It's already become my ADV device...

ETA: You never know when your mod will fall under the wheels of some rampaging dump truck or M1A1 Abrams... hey, I live near D.C..... just saying ...

I think the Wide Opening is a Big Plus. Because I like to Squonk pushing with the Inside of my Thumb.

I'm still on the Original Bottle that came with my 1st CV. And it is showing No Signs of Wear or Tear. But if it Burst tomorrow, No Big Deal. I have 20 Back-Up Bottles.

Just an FYI for those of you who have a Coppervape BF Mod.

These are the Bottles that Coppervape uses in their Mod...

$2.91 Empty Needle Refiller Bottle for E-Liquid (10-Pack) 10-pack - 10ml / PE / black at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

So for less than 3 Bucks, you can have Lots and Lots and Lots of Back-Up Bottles.

While not a tank or dump truck, plenty of mods similar to the CV have been run over and even hit with 12ga shotgun.

Just carry a spare bottle of juice with your spare battery.

Just rebuilt the Coppervape kit atty after putting it aside for a month or two. Still say it's exceptionally good. :thumb: Fits nicely on the Vertex dual battery squonker which I finally finished.

Well dang it. For the second time, I pulled out the battery to change it, and there was juice all down the sides of it. Looks like it is leaking underneath the 510 pin. Possibly not getting the bottle tightened down enough to pull the center pin down to seal it. Got it all tore apart and cleaned out. I will wait for the FD pins to get here and install one, then when I tighten down the bottle I can really pull it tight.

I occasionally get juice from the rda's air vent accumulating on top of the CV. I think it then enters through the hole for the switch.
