I just went through similar on a 3F order.I paid extra for their "Expidited" shipping. It wasn't as bad as a lot of peoples Ft orders that are 2 months or longer, but that 3F order took 28 days.It moved through China fairly quick, got to customs in Chicago, sat there for a week, went to a DHL facility in Chicago, sat there for a week, went to another DHL facility in Kentucky, sat there for a week, then USPS had it for like 4 days before i finally got it.

Oh Man... That Ain't Good.

What Shipping Method did the order have?
I used the one that says routed by FT,because they have said they aware of the shipping issues, and have been routing stuff through where it would be the fastest, glad that worked haha.
Although,my order before this one,i used US Epacket express or whatever it's called,it was sent through Shenzen, and took 2 months and 4 days to arrive at my door,so if their routing can beat that,i guess i'm ok with it haha.

I used that Express ePacket on my order. :(

It's No Big Deal really. Because the few Odds n' Ends on that Order were just Backups to a Backup's Backup.

But it's like when you are Stuck on the Freeway. As long as you are Moving, even at a Walking Pace, you can Deal With it. It's when things just STOP. That's when you feel time Distort. And every Minute seems like a Lifetime.

If could be your package has left ICS but the tracking has not been updated. This happens a lot these days.

But in a situation like this, I've used the "Where's my package" function for USPS many times and my packages that seem to be stuck somewhere usually magically start showing movement in tracking with delivery shortly after.
  • Copy your tracking #
  • Go to Contact Us | USPS or Go to USPS.com & click "contact us" link (bottom of page)
  • Click "Email us"
  • Click "where's my package"
  • Paste in your tracking # and hit "next"
  • Fill in all required info. (shipper info is not required, skip it)
  • For contents, select "unknown"
  • In the "Additional Information" box, simply type...
Package obviously lost. Please find and deliver.
    Type nothing else.
Your request will be forwarded to the post office where it was last scanned or to the receiving post office and might be contacted by that post office (although if you live in a large metro area that is serviced by a very busy post office you probably won't be contacted).

Easy peasy.

I've been very successful with this. They find it, they deliver it. I have not used this function post-pandemic, but it's still worth a shot as it takes just a couple minutes.

I appreciate that Unc. I'm not that antsy yet, but if it doesn't show movement pretty soon, I'll use it. And I've saved this link for future reference...could be very handy.

The "additional info" may sound nasty, but that's because it short and to the point, which is what the USPS wants. Too many "where's my package" requests. Add that onto all the other stuff they have to do an deal with and the last thing they want is a long tirade that is mostly meaningless drivel.

If you want, you can add "Thank you graciously for all you do!" at the end lol. End result is, it won't matter. They just want to know what the problem is. ;)

BTW: The last time I used this method, not only was it delivered the next day (when it was supposedly 2 states away) but it was delivered at 6:30PM, 7 hours after I got my normal mail delivery that day. I told the carrier it could have waited until the next day, but he said he had orders to deliver a bunch of packages that were formerly MIA. I wasn't the only one.

My last FT order has been in transit for 48 days. Tracking shows it finally hit US customs today.
I'm starting to get a bit ticked off about stuff with FT because I purchase something March 14th and it has still not moved since the day it was shipped as far as I know I've contacted them twice and they say oh well coronavirus just keep waiting LOL it doesn't bother me that it's taking so long it bothers me that orders placed much more recently aren't taking as long and other companies are shipping way faster now. I feel like I ordered it at the worst possible time and that it's just not going to get here it's in a bin somewhere in a basement and will never be revived. I honestly feel like things that were ordered back in March should probably arrive to their destination before things purchased in April or May but that's just me. At the very least they could answer the question that I keep asking which is at what point can I just consider this no longer coming to me and get a refund or get it re shipped. If everything was taking 2 and 1/2 to 3 months that would be one thing.

I've had packages arrive looking like they've been used as a steppingstone. If your package is at the bottom and they dump more packages on top before they've finished loading the first ones, it would explain how a later order could arrive before an earlier one. And if they keep dumping packages on top, they may never get to the very bottom. They don't really care, either. :-x

    - Go to the fasttech forum
    - Start a thread with "@Anniepan" in the subject
    - Tell her the problem, including order # and the fact that it's been too long to "wait longer".

It may actually get something done believe it or not.
