Correct Tap and Die for ProVari P3 threading?

I reached out to David at ProVape, and he asked his engineering department, and they said it was a custom pitch and size.

So no commercially available taps and dies. No wonder hardly anybody adopted the P3 threading. I'm baffled by that design choice, especially for an "open source" threading.

For a MFG it wouldn't be a big deal to program a CNC machine to cut those threads, the cost to them would be in the set up time, and run time on the machines that could be producing a more common iteration, to make a small run of an odd ball SKU to satisfy one makers product line. The problem isn't in the proprietary thread specs, it's in the economics of producing them.
