Cotton bacon snapping and popping

Hi guys I've been wondering why when I fire my vape up does it crackle and pop? I'm using gwar spew juice with a 50/50 blend in a copper penny mod with a dark horse rda with cotton bacon. I'm sitting at .29 ohms with a vtc4 battery any ideas?

That's what low ohm coils do, especially when you first fire them.....

always wear pants because that stuff is hot when it lands on yah legs..
had shorts on one time firing up a new coil with some 100% vg..

Another reason I haven't tried sub ohming yet.

Your pg might be too high, try a higher vg juice. Also I found that rta pop less, probably because it's saturated better?

Yep, they crackle and pop for the first few hits. But, it really is not isolated to RDAs, high wattage, or low ohms. The sudden change in temperature causes the juice to start vaporizing very quickly. The reaction can be somewhat violent and trapped vapor can build up in the wick(s) and result in a pop. I build my KF @ 2.5ohms and vape at about 7 watts and have had strong pops after having cleaned and re wicking,

My dark horse does that when I use a good amount of wick/cotton and there is a lot of juice! I've gotten used to it and rather like it to be honest

Yep I have the Dark horse and the Atlantis tank they boh do it. Makes you paranoid when vaping around other people and it's quiet. Sounds like your doing some kind of drugs with the big long inhale and crackling lol

Ya that all kind of faded for me already..
With drippers anyways..
I'll drip once in awhile when the mood hits,but i'm into relaxing and vaping more than anything now..

Get a reo and you can relax and squonk any o'l time. Just sayin'. . . I love my reos and relaxin'.
