Cotton Bacon = marketing ploy.

Is that really a bad thing? What consumer products don't attempt to market themselves? The stuff isn't overly expensive and it works. In my book, that makes it a good product for folks who don't want to hassle with boiling their own cotton. I can buy a cow and milk it myself; does that make store bought milk any less valid or a rip off?
