Cotton users: How often do you change your diaper?

Usually change mine every other tank fill, which is when the flavor starts to drop off for me.
Have to change cotton and clean the coil about once a day

My new all day vape is Texas Select Vaper's Paralyzing Peach (incredibly awesome juice) that's a very pale yellow. So every 2-3 days works for me...always dryburn before putting in new cotton.
When I remember. Think I've been lucky with cotton so far. Only use clear colored juice and the cotton takes quite a while to get funky. Last wick was ~2 weeks old. When the wick is old it definitely has diminished flavor so should change it more often....lol
About every 2 days in my Kayfun. I use light to medium colored liquids and it starts losing flavor after awhile.
kayfun 3.1 = 1 tank before i change. i use a sweet, dark-ish juice in there and even a max fill is too much. just above the chimney and its just stating to get gnarly toward the end.
my smok octopus has an extremely dark juice in there and it can only handle 1ml or so before the coil gunk and gnarly wick rears its ugly head.
my trident is a beast. i use a next-to-clear juice in that one and i can put many many ml through it before it shows signs of lessening performance. maybe around 15-20ml id say.
my i-go coiled with 24g nichrome tends to burn the wick if i dont keep er nice n juicy. the wire retains so much heat that it will continue to vaporize juice for a few seconds after firing. often i have to suck in extra air or blow on the coil to cool it lol.

Probably right about the time between changes but I get so dang lazy when it comes to having to tear the Kayfun down, rewick, reassemble, and refilling. When I do finally change the wick, it tastes so much better you would think the positive feedback would keep me on track....NOT...

Usually about every 2-3 days. I switched to using the R91% on the Atom with a nano kit installed. When I walk in the door at home I use the Nemesis in 18650 mode on the full size 3.1. So it's been getting longer between changes as the use cycle is diminished between out / home.
My menthol juice is a pale yellow... but she burns black after a few tanks... And... yeah. Fresh wick turns it back into amazing!
