How often do you change your (cotton) wicks?

mine do that if my voltage is to high rule of thumb coil resistance plus 2 volts I use 1.8 ohms and vape at 3.9 volts
I change my wicks once a week

With me after about a day my wick is all black and disgusting looking. I'm just trying to figure out why it gets like that so fast. Also when it gets like that, usually by the end of the day, the flavor is muted and sometimes nasty.

You can either suck it out with a syringe... or the more elaborate but still easy way. Remove driptip. Hold upside down over a bottle or such. Unscrew the base. The liquids should come pouring out the drip tip hole.

Edit: oh wait... you may be talking about the non-Lite. I'm thinking of the Kayfun Lite. If so... no idea.

Nope...you got it, the Kayfun lite.

I use a syringe to fill it, so I could do that I Guess.

The second method is pretty obvious, I was hoping there was a way to somehow leave the e-liquid in there. Sucks I have to take it out just to replace the cotton :( Oh well, no biggie.

I have a little container from IBTanked (two actually) that are great for dumping the liquid into.

For tobaccos and NETs I can get a few days. Fruit and florals around a week. For SOME juices though, especially the sweet ones and the desserts that demand a clean wick to taste the nuances, daily.

As Ryedan mentioned, less is more at least until it's not. Honestly the frequency at which cotton wicks need to be changed, in my experience, is ENTIRELY subjective to what juice you're using. This will most certainly vary from vendor to vendor, and even juice to juice in the same vendor's selection.

If you've got a particular flavor that requires daily changes I'm afraid the only answer is to oblige. Like others have said, it takes only a minute and your vape will be all that much better.

Something I totally didn't think about is the amount of sweetener put in and I'm thinking that'd why o have to do daily changes.
