What I am using is a syringe that came in a printer ink refill kit. 2 good things about it are measurement marks, and a blunt end on the needle(no accidental pokings) Works great for me.
Could cartomizes be any easier too refill?

Epheon, a needle and syringe can be ordered online at pet or livestock medical supply locations. They sale shots, thus sale the syringes. Tractor supply company and feed stores also carry them, which can be found on the outside edge of cities in a lot of locations.
