Do NOT apply heat to your juice. It will do much more harm than good. You can damage the flavor molecules and break down the nicotine content as well. Leave the caps off but keep it in a place away from draft and sunlight. Open air steeping isn't really good for the juice but if it is in a cool dark place, you will do the least amount of damage. Better to buy a small bottle of the same liquid with extra flavor and mix it if you can.

Oh. This makes me want to try it and see what happens! Ha ha. Good question. They call that reducing in the cooking world. I'd need verification on the damaging on molecules stuff but that's just me. It might make it better than ever. Interesting thought
With reduction in cooking, you're rapidly evaporating water and/or alcohol from a liquid. There is very little water or alcohol content in e-liquid. With e-juice, you have extract molecules (not always naturally occurring) suspended in a base solution of glycol and/or glycerine. With shaking and steeping, the flavors bond with the base solution. If you apply too much heat, those bonds break. It really isn't the same thing as reduction but you can evaporate water and alcohol from the e-liquid. If the flavor extract is water soluble and you remove all the water from the juice, you create weak bonds between the flavors and the base liquid.
