Could my throat be getting burnt with my USB passthrough?

I can't take a puff with my usb. When I try it's as if I'm taking a sharp intake of breath. Is it possible that it is getting to much power and the vapour it produces is too hot?

I can't explain the feeling properly but I can't inhale the vapour that's for sure.

would appreciate any help here

Regards

Have you compared it with a battery to see if there's a difference?

yes, when I put the cartridge into an ordinary battery/atomiser everything is ok, I know the cartridge is well moistened so it's not because there is no juice.

I'ts like a sharp needle at my tonsils when I try to inhale through the passthrough.

I have felt a "sting" in my throat when my cart was dry (or getting dry). I couldn't inhale either...burned too much. May be same thing...or not.

Sambuca I think you've got the feeling I'm trying to descrive but the cart isn't dry, I did check that it was just filled.

I also took the cart off the passthrough and put it on my pen and everything is ok there.

Granted the pen does have another atomiser fixed to it but I don't want to take the atomiser off from the usb passthrough to try it with my pen battery to see if maybe that's at fault because I've heard I need to keep that atomiser for the passthrough alone as when it's used with the ordinary batteries it stops working with the usb...

Yes, it did sound like the same I have felt.

I wouldn't worry about changing the atomizers. I do it all the time with no problem, and so have others. I think there was an issue with some atomizers if you kept changing them back and forth but one quick change just to test it most likely would not hurt.

Well blow me down.....I don't know why that made a difference but it has :)

I took off the brand new atomiser from the passthrough and put the one from my pen onto the passthrough and it seems fine. I then put the new atomiser that was on the passthrough onto the pen and that's working ok too....just changed the cartridge between them both and all is well, at least the few drags I tried anyway. I'll write back later if it gives that sharp cut like feeling again .

thank you:)
