Hey wickedmama,

1. It will not change the nic, PG, or VG concentrations. If one is flavored and the other is not, however, the flavoring will be diluted when you mix them.

2. TH for me, since I do not use PG, is either wattage (higher gives more TH) or nic strength. PG does give a TH effect in of itself, but that is because of its drying effect on the throat. Even some stronger flavors will give a TH. Mints are a good example.

3. Only if the VG has the same nic strength as the 80/20 liquid. Nic strength is often given in mg, but it is actually mg of nic/mL of liquid. So if the 80/20 liquid is 10 mL of 30 mg nic, this liquid contains 300 mg of nic. Mixing it with 10 mL VG will add 10 mL to the total volume, but the mg of nic will remain the same. 300 mg nic/ 20 mL liquid gives a nic strength of the new liquid of 15 mg/mL. The VG will dilute the nic strength, in this example, to 1/2 its previous.
