Hey, doots. If the button hurts your fingers, maybe I have a suggestion. I don't know what color your Buzz is (sorry if you posted it), but mine is black and I don't see that the color should matter that much anyway. I cut a small circle of the self-adhesive Velcro and stuck it over the button. I used the softer side of the Velcro. It hardly even shows up on black and it softens the button, keeps dust out, and also helps you discriminate between the button and the LED just by feel.

It should NOT be an issue , if you need to clean it off just use rubbing alcohol ( pull the batteries first in case you spill the whole bottle !! )
that will remove the excess glue etc. no problem.
I like that idea , in fact I was looking for a cover for the switches for a long time ! No luck they would have to be custom molded and with low qtys that would not work out .

Yeah, I had thought I'd probably use lighter fluid if I had to. You could just use Velcro and find some way to cut circles (mine is a bit bigger than the size of the plastic condom on a carto) or you could include a tiny square with the Buzz or even just suggest it to people. The problem is that (unless they have tons of sticky Velcro laying around like I do) it's way harder for the customer to go out and get a whole pack or roll of it, just to use a little speck, than it would be for you to send out little squares or circles of it. I guess less than 1 cent for you and $2 or $3 for them, maybe.

bear that is a fantastic idea!!! And yes since I own a vinyl business I can vouch for the rubbing alcohol being the best way to remove adhesive. Mineral oil/baby oil works great, but then you have to use the rubbing alcohol to get the oil off

Ok Mike weird request... I really really really like the black button that's on my current Buzz. Could you possibly please please please set one of those aside before you use them all up for my future (not mentioning color) Buzz? I understand it may stick out further than the orange button, but I am so use to the black button I'd like my second Buzz to match my first :) It is also the same button that's on my Chameleon so it's very comfortable to go from one device to the other.

Of course if it's not possible I understand :) Thanks!!!

Happy vaping!!

Witchway you crack me up! No special orders!!!! ( sorry couldn't resist) :rules:
:D

 But rules are made to be broken ;) I read the other threads where everybody wants a knob to change the voltage, or readouts to tell the voltage or other technical this and thats. I'm simple, I want a certain color and a certain button  Plus it never hurts to ask for what you want, well within reason :D

Happy Vaping!!!
