Bacon wrapped dates filled with goat cheese and grilled!!!

Twice baked potato casserole. Bake the potatoes then scoop the insides into a glass dish and mash it up. Mix in sour cream, cheese, crumbled bacon, and seasonings to your liking. Bake until cheese is melted. A favourite in our family that we have to have every holiday.
