Does anybody know the status of COV? I emailed them on Aug 17th with a question about my MAP tanks with no answer. I emailed them again two days ago and still no answer.

I want to order some Cherry Vape tips from them, but I don't want my order to be in limbo like my email.

Does anybody else know who sells the Cherry Vape tips and...
Is there any juice that I should not use in the MAP tanks, if anybody knows? The first MAP tank I received, I had a Cola e-juice in it and it cracked.

I bought a couple of cherry stems from RTD Vapor. Juices that are a no-go in poly tanks are anything Cinnamon, menthol, wintergreen/spearmint blends.

ninja edit: Some cola juices have cinnamon as part of the flavoring. So that could be the culprit in your tank cracking.

I also would recommend RTD vapor for the cherry vape drip tips especially since COV is now located in Florida & RTD vapor I believe is in Pennsylvania so you will probably get them quicker. I also tried to contact COV for a question I had about an order I was placing a while back and waited a week never heard back so I gave up + still haven’t but I did stll place my order & received it in around 2 weeks. Maybe try & send Bruce (Bigbuyer) a PM with you question or ask it in the COV subsection as I’m sure you will get a quick response there.

Thanks Vapour Guy. I placed my order with RTD.

I don't know what the problem is over there at COV but it is not like me to chase down a vendor if they are unwilling to answer email. I have emailed them before when my MAP tank cracked and they were quick to answer and replaced the MAP tube very quickly, but my other two email to them has gone unanswered. So I move on and find a vendor who is willing to give customer service.

Not Iris hon...you can order drip tips from CherryVape directly. They won't ship juices here, but they said tips are no problem. I just ordered my first two Mings from them yesterday - one stainless steel, one citrine. Yay! :D

I've also been in touch with MAP directly - his phone number is located on his personal site. If you want I can PM it to you. He said that very soon, he'll have tanks that fit standard-length cartomizers (as an alternative to his DCT tank for the longer dual-coil cartos) . He says the new ones will also be wider than the DCT, to make up for the shorter length. Can't wait to order some!

But regardless of what kind of MAP tanks you go for...it's wise to get a few spare tubes, just in case an odd juice does cause a problem. They're only a few bucks each. Meanwhile, I wonder if there are any alternatives to polycarbonate that wouldn't break or frost, regardless of which juice you put in there? Obviously, stainless steel would be fine, though opaque...hmm. I'll ask MAP next time we speak.

Happy vaping hon!

I am with Not Iris on this one. If I email and they don't respond, especially if I have gotten a response before, then I move on. Customers shouldn't have to chase a business down. if you can't get their attention to buy something then that doesn't bode well for when you need help when cs is required.

I second that, I've quit dealing with two vendors because they didn't e-mail me back within a week. Then after the week and a nasty e-mail they reply I get my stuff and never order again.

Just to play devil's advocate here, I too had an issue with a vendor awhile back, and so we started conversing through email. He told me to check my spam folder, and low and behold, there he was. It took us awhile to figure out the issue, but I was not getting this vendor's emails in my inbox. One thing to check for sure before you write off a vendor!

This is why I never use the spam filter function on my email client. Waist of time to check two folders. Plus the only spam I get is the ones I signed up for.

Real email address for things of importance. 2nd email address (that gets cleared once a month) so people can spam the crud out of me.

I had also tried emailing MAP about what juices I should not use in the tank, and as well no answer from them. I do not chase down vendors in forums. If they have a business presence then one would think that they would answer at their business and not in a forum.

Not knowing what was not to be used in the tanks, because I can not get answers in email, I have ruined another tube by putting pumpkin spice ejuice in it. I have been looking to purchase some polycarbonate tubing myself and making my own tubes, but so far I have not been able to find any, other than in the US. I would love to buy more tubes but it seems that nobody wants to answer email at their business email address.

No problems on the Cherry Vape tips, I found 4 at RTD and purchased from them last night and it has already been shipped. I will track down my own polycarbonate tubing to make my own tubes.

I do not use a SPAM filter. :)
