Cracks in RN4084 carts?

Hope this is the right place, as it seems to be the only place I can post!

I keep getting cracks in my carts. They tend to be oriented along the length of the cart, along what I would perceive to be the "grain" if they were to be manufactured by extrusion. Just needing to know what might be causing them. I'm guessing it's one of the following:


  • Stress from heating and cooling
  • Sliding them on the atty at slight angles and with a little too much force (read: "in a hurry")
  • Carts getting brittle over time (possible reaction between PG and whatever plastic these are made of?)

I have thrown away 4 cartridges due to the same problem. I think it just might be heat issue. I noticed it happend only when I was chain vaping on mine.
