Ok, guys, I have a question .. first I need to know if this is the correct place to post this. A while back, I discovered there's some talented logo designers on here (that's how we got ours). Anyway, at the fall shows my husband does, I'm going to be making and selling praline pecans. I am wanting a logo designed and have not had good experiences with companies in the past (I don't want just fancy words). Is this where I would post it? Like my last logo, I would trade tips or website credit in exchange for the one I choose.
There are some talented graphics people on the old folks back porch. Ask there. Older Folks and Vaping Back Porch-Part Six

View attachment 585671 Finally got some pics of Fatty Lumpkin the pony :) Spun on a French drop spindle and crocheted out of wool and cashmere. The pattern is fun because you make up the geometric pieces then assemble as you go. The pony is pretty big about 18 long and 10 inches high. I stuffed him with alternative down so he is very cuddly :) LOL
Too CUTE!!!! :)

I tried to upload a couple cross stitch pics yesterday from my phone. They're too big for the forum. :(. Will have to get new ones taken. I'll try to do that this weekend. :)

I saw it yesterday when the pic loaded to the post.
I was in the middle of something and just came back this morning to comment.
The link doesn't work for me either. :(

If you see my little green corner and can get into the hangout, please send me a PM and we can get those pictures taken.
I have no clue how to use hangouts, so I'm going to have to figure that one out.:laugh:

Hmm you got an idea in mind for the logo? My fiance is a digital artist trying to get his name out there. :)

Here is my framed lace collection-- several of each as I am just learning how to use my camera.
    And my most recent quilt:

The lace collection is my favorite home decor.
Antique shops usually have piles and piles of old doilies to sort through for what catches your eye. Washed, pinned out on a piece of cardboard, then starched and left to dry. They are in Goodwill frames, backed on dark brown velvet which holds them in place.

I dabble in woodworking and really enjoy making pens. My son was here last year with my grandsons and saw this one and I gave it to him. That necessitated making another for his wife. The only pen I have managed to keep for myself is what I call a mistake. I had the center die reversed. Oh well, at least I have one for myself. LOL
