Got my first PV today and in all the excitement I think I overdid it. Awful headache, not feeling so good.

Too much nicotine?

I normally smoke ultra light analogs. My first carts are 16mg.

Yeah, another thing to watch out for is getting a bunch of new flavors at once.
For some reason most of us are compelled to try them all in a span of an hour or less.

I had a similar experience. I overused it because it was New and exciting. Just treat it like a regular analog and simply take a few puffs whenever you have a craving, the same way you used to with a regular cig.

I concur! I noticed when I dropped nicotine levels, I could vape all day long!

I'd agree with James. Except he forgot to say how AWESOME they are! I'm vaping Banana Nut Bread right now.

Also, you can order some from them with nicotine as well, then mix them to get your desired strength. You can find that part more in their FAQ section.


In ANY case.. welcome to the forum and welcome to your new addiction! Drink lots of fluids and don't vape yourself sick lol.. I think it happened to lots of us, trial and error of a new exciting habit!

well played sir,, well played....

I haven't gotten any OD headaches... but i have gotten kinda queezy a couple times... and i also notice that when i "over do it" that i get all flush with "hot flashes" and i kinda break out sweating... sitting still at my desk.... its unnerving and clearly a sign i need to slow it down...

I started out vaping 36mg juices... and weened myself to 24mg at this point.. 18mg is the next step im taking in about 3 more weeks of vaping... then 12mg... and i think i might stop there for a WHILE.... ultimately id like to see if i can ween myself completely off nicotine.. and vaping all together at some point in the future


Deff increase your water intake... i hear ppl saying a lot to increase your "liquids" ... but IMO its impartiality to drink more H2O specifically, vs.. say a soda.. or increasing juice intake etc..

Sounds like your nic level is a bit too high for you, until you can order a lower one, you can go to walmart and get some usp vegetable glycerin and cut your liquid a bit with it to lower the nic level if you want to.

I`ve done the same thing! When my first shipment arrived I was trying all the flavours at once. I`ve learned my lesson. Still I`ve noticed that I`m inhaling much more nicotine that I was using with my analogs.

Former heavy smoker here, use to down 2 packs of Camels full flavors every day, got my fist PV, a Blu went through 1 "cartoon" at their high strength in a day, got my 510 and some 36mg liquid... figured it would be about the same. Sadly my head and stomach didn't think so.

Some food and water later was good to go after I diluted my liquid down, as with everyone else, lesson learned.

Keep vaping.
