OREO TRUFFLES - for the time when I really throw the diet out the window I would love
to try Oreo Truffles. These sound so delish.

My boss is filipino and she brings food in all the time she brought in this meat in some weird peanut butter sauce and it was amazing!!!

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints- b/c these cookie have some of favorite ingredients, raspberry(jam),almond and shortbread.

( optimus- my D-I-L is Filipino she has introduced us to lots of great food . We try to add 1 new dish each week to our dinner menu. I am LOVING this contest! I've cooked 2 of the recipes that I found and posted in the contest.)

Quinoa Pilaf with Shredded Chicken – b/c I have yet to try quinoa, but I keep reading about how good it is for you.

I LOVE quinoa. Trader Joe has frozen quinoa with roasted veggies. I always have some in the freezer!! Yum!!
