Creamy but not like sweet custard

I'm trying lots of recipes (fruits, bakery, deserts) and since I already have some pre-made vapetasia Killer Kustard, I've been using that for a creamy vanilla flavor for my other DIY juices. Problem is I am so sick of KK... too sweet, too custard, too vanilla! What is a good simple creamy flavor concentrate that's not too sweet?

Most of the ice cream varieties should give you a plain but rich, thick cream that isn't too sweet.

it gives you plenty of flavour reviews for each brand/company - just go through the ice creams and see what would suit you.

Ange, that link is so helpful! I learned that "zeppola" is not what I wanted to make my "french toast" recipe, and I found a french toast flavor that might be good anyway (by Real Flavors) Just needs a small boost of cinnamon. Ice cream sounds fine if it's not too sweet... maybe barvarian cream would be fine too.

FLV Cream May be what you’re looking for. Simple, easy to use cream flavor. TFA Vanilla Swirl is like the duct tape of recipe development. There’s also a newish WF Cream flavor that’s really useful....cant remember the name right now. It came out with the last WF batch. And WF Tahitian Vanilla Cream....a little sweet, but it’s one of my favorites!
