Thank you guys! Though i do have a question its very dry even when i refill my carts any idea why? When i say dry i mean like the vapor is very dry!

Also Live2Ski it is pretty cool actually! like when i finished and it was all in the bottle i shook it up and just looked at it like wow i just made ejuice!

Nice Job Code :) Keep it up, you will only get better! There are a lot of people that don't have good luck with their "first batch" so it's good to hear that yours turned out well. I too had a good "first time" experience with DIY and I've been making my own ever since. I still buy an occasional bottle of my favorite pre-made juice, but mostly vape what I create. Enjoy :)

Thanks you all!! Yea i like watched MistressNomad's videos like 12 times before i did it just so i knew what had to be done and such the calculator she provided made a world of difference as well!! Umm i didnt buy any VG though i may try it out very soon cause it is a pretty dry vape but its still nice. Gotta wait to get paid before i can buy any though. I havent bought on premade juice at all I'm having way to much fun making my own why spend so much on premade when i can just DIY it LOL. Kinda like why go out and order pizza when i can make it at home :)

Code - You could add just a little VG, and it will make a lot of difference in the dryness and vapor. Like 10% to 20% or so -- or whatever works for you. You can get a $3 bottle of Glycerin (VG) at Walmart. It's usually on the shelf above the isopropyl alcohol bottles in the pharmacy area. Here's what to look for:

I was gonna recommend the glycerin from wal mart as well. I just started diy myself about a week ago, I've made 9 flavs...tried 6, really like 3 of them, 1 is absolutely horrid~!

I'm sensitive to pg, so I make mine exclusively with VG. I was using the humco from walmart until I got my order from Vapor Renu, their stuff has the least throat hit I've found so far. Since the vg mutes the flavor a bit I flavor to 25% or 30, and the flavorings are pg based so they still pack a little too much TH for me, I've been trying to find VG based flavorings but not a lot of luck so far.

Good luck with your DIY, I'm hooked on making my own juices now~!

Lynlee, go check at One Stop DIY Shop, they have a listing of pg free flavorings.

Code, what company did you get the DIY Apple from?????

Merry Christmas to you.

I got it from One Stop DIY Shop it comes from perfumers apprentice flavorings. I love it i just made my strawberry kiwi from them as well and its not very good the strawberry is to strong not enough kiwi in it.

Alright I will have to get some VG then!!

sandyk Merry Christmas to you as well!

Happy Holidays to everyone els!!

I have had problems with Cake Shop VG before, but never with the stuff pictured.

I tend to go <20% VG for a TH, but still need that VG. (Straight PG juice is really very stealthy though.)

Yea i have noticed that one i use straight PG with my 510 and yet i have heard all this stuff about very good vapor production with the 510 LOL i never took into account my PG was to blame.

Code, congrats on your first DIY! Its a beautiful thing when you make your own juice for a fraction of retail cost, and you actually really like it! Welcome to the DIY side of the tracks!

Anything more than 20% PG dries me out relentlessly...its a chemical drying that even drinking a lot of water does not really help...like some drugs give you dry mouth. My DIYs are VG based, and I generally keep the flavors to 10% or less, depending on the flavor. I use distilled water to thin, 10-20%. Sometimes dripping an unthinned VG juice is what I want. I like my TH to be from nic only. thinning with a little water opens up the flavors...but then I and many others here prefer less flavor to more.

And I never got kiwi-strawberry to work either. I tried Lorann's, and it was too candy like and too tart. Nice for a couple hits, but became annoying fast. Same with blackberry.

My fave PA flavors:

Black Walnut
Bavarian Creme
French Vanilla
Apple...not at all candy flavor, like green apple. More like red delicious.
Blueberry

Lorann faves:
Cheesecake
Bavarian creme...different than PA bav creme!
English Toffee (mixed with PA black walnut it is divine)

Lots of others, but other than blue berry, I have not found any fruits I really like from any flavor dealer.

Have fun!!
