Creating a Vapers Games like the RPG

well, for Vapers to Sit down and relax while chit chatting in the forum but in an animated version and the character is just vaping and can do any sign etc. <-- well maybe i not realistic here.
As for the RPG games, this will be even un-realistic in creating, the Story i have it here.
The Boy/Gal start to grown up in the neighborhood, he/she started Smoking as most of his/her friends did, he/she have to smoke every 2 hours a day and the more they smoke the mood bar feel good and more social-able and they get to hang out do many thing etc. but the things is his/her life bar/Money will be getting shorter as time goes. so before his/her life getting shorter, he/she must find the alternative, so they set on the quest to find the alternative like patches/gum/inhaler & etc. well end of the jorney they found the E-Cig and he is using it every day and hence the life bar increases and the mood eventually will get higher due to they are vaping and going around chatting with people how to quit smoking by Vaping. but the other part is that once they get caught by the authority as they are on the go to Confiscate your E-Cig Device. so if u don't find another E-cig back in hand, your mood drop again and so on.
i guess i getting too long winded. but i guess i can really write good story

Well i think the Above mean alot.
Maybe is just ideas but i hope everyone have different ideas to chip in. than soon someone will look at the ideas in the future and create a game for it.
