Hello everybody, Hi Lisa

Last week I placed my first order at Cloud9Vaping - and that was definitely not my last (in fact I already ordered the VapeMate and some more stuff a few days ago).

Great delivery speed from the UK to Germany, nice mail contact, good products. And I like that little personal touch, e.g. the nice blue wrapping :)

I'm very surprised about the performance of the KR808 Turbo Cartomizers. They work great on each and every battery I own. Though there's one thing that's puzzling me: I ordered a pack of HV 808s als well - and on my 5V GLV2 they perform much worse than the standard ones. Burnt taste on each of the two cartos I've tested so far, though I even tried to give them a "break in" with a standard 3.7 Volt battery. How long should they be used on 3.7 Volt before switching to 5 Volt?

In fact, the Turbo KR808 are my favourites at the moment and they let me enjoy my GLV2 again finally. I hope they won't run out too soon :?:

Still not sure what to think about your "Mystery tobacco" Liquid though  I somehow like it, but to me it has some slightly strange aftertaste and smell that reminds me of boullion cubes... Maybe I'll spice it up a little with some drops of Flavour Arts whisky or rhum flavour.

Greetings from Germany,
Martin

Hiya Martin, thanks for your great feedback. :)
The key thing with the HV cartomisers is to ensure that they are soaked through fully as they are not as tolerant as other cartos at being even a tiny bit dry.
Cartomiser technology, as with all e-cig technology moves very fast, and my turbo cartomisers came after the HV ones and like you, I find that their performance is outstanding.

Yep, that mystery tobacco. I've had many more positives than negatives on it but I can see how you might want to add something else to it.

Hi everybody,

back again with a few thoughts on Lisa's 510 cartomizers. I ordered the LR 510s and the 510 Turbo Cartos for a side by side comparison and I have to say: I like them both, albeit for different purposes/batteries.

On an eGo XL battery both perform very well, though here the LR cartos are ahead a nose. The LR ones provide a better vapour production and throat hit than their counterparts, though the Turbo cartos have a more full-bodied taste. Both don't show any wicking problems. Now I have to test the durability of the LR carto-battery-combination.

The Turbo Cartomizers really start to shine on my 5V GLV2. Still great taste, huge amounts of vapour and a nice throat hit. I guess the GLV found a perfect mate here. Just as good as the 808 cartos - and no adapter needed. I could not stand using the GLV with an ordinary Atomizer/cartridge combination, because I always got that nasty burnt taste after a few puffs. No such thing with the cartos - just fill and vape.

To me the Turbo Cartos on a GLV2 are the next best thing to dripping with a regular 510 atty (and more convenient anyways). The LR 510 cartos on an eGo battery are a great 3.7 V solution.

Oh - and my wife is happy with her new clearomizers and the Super T VapeMate. The C9V clearomizers are higher resistance than the ones she had before (3 Ohm compared to 2.5 Ohm) but provide similar amounts of vapour and throat hit. My wife likes the taste better though - and hopes that they are more reliable than her previous ones.

The VapeMate took one or two days to getting used to the handling, but now it works like a charm. She uses it in the "original" configuration without the tube and coupled with a LR 901 atty - just awesome. Sure, that thing is pricey, but the workmanship is great and it's very convenient.

That's it for now - and thanks for your great service, Lisa :)

Regards,
Martin

Thanks Martin for your really fabulous feedback on all those items. I brought my 510 turbo cartos in at a little lower resistance than the turbo 808s, so they really shine at 5V whereas the sweet spot for many people on the 808 turbos comes at 6V. Everyone varies though, of course.

Very glad your wife is enjoying the clearomisers at the higher resistance. When they get a bit "flat" at 3.7V, it's worth giving those a go at 5V too, specially if you're fluffed the wick as has been suggested as a good mod by many people.

Glad you're both also loving the VapeMate too. Yep, it's not a cheap item, but I've had so many people give such great feedback and say it's almost been a life-saver for them. Certainly has for me too. I have to do a lot of testing of different items here, but I'm usually itching to get back to my VapeMate after testing other items.

As a new vaper it was with trepidation I started making purchases for my little 510.

I came across cloud9vaping very early on to my great fortune.

The website is very well laid out and functional and should be easy for anyone to use.
Product lines are diverse and should suit all pockets.
Service is among the best I have had from ANY online retailer and the products come very quickly and are packaged better than most retailers.

The inclusion of business cards with the legal standpoint on e-cigs is also a very well thought out idea to help those who need to explain to non-vapers what you are up to.

I will continue to use your site and will recommend it to anyone taking up vaping.
Your attention to detail does you prous and long may your business continue !!

As a new vaper I have been trying out the various options for atomisers, carts and fluids over the last few days.

At the suggestion of a friend I ordered some of the Clearomiser E2 release 4 - 510 - CLEAR - 5 pack, they are 3.0-3.2 Ohm and can hold up to 1ml of juice.

They arrived next day and proved to be very easy to fill, even to a newbie like me, taking up the juice quickly with no issues and since they are clear you can see when they are full and waste no liquid to overfill.

I left them for a few minutes to settle before screwing into my passthrough.
The flavour is amazing, clean and beautiful amounts of vapour.

Until i buy a tank system e cig (much saving to do), these are what I intend to use on my 510 and would recommend anyone else with a compatible cig to do the same.

As yet I do not know how many fills I will get from them before they burnout but even at the minimum 4 quoted on cloud9vaping they are more than worth it and I hope they will last to the 8 refills.

The only thing I would change is I couldn't order the XL model since they were sold out and I am not surprised as they are an excellent product. :vapor:

Well last week I ordered a pair of Mega Riva 510 XL batteries to use with my CE2r4 clearomizers.

Have to say to begin with they look great and are a lot smaller than my imagination led me to believe and fit well in my reasonably large hands. Yes they are a lot heavier than the standard titan 510 battery I had been using but they are much higher specification coming in at 900mAh.

Performance wise they produce lovely clouds of vapour from the clearomizers and I was soon vaping my way through my juice quite happily. I am quite a heavy vaper using about 2-3ml a day and the battery held out for a good twelve hours before finally blinking in submission.

Recharging was quite painless with the fast USB charger I also bought, taking about 4 hours to finish.

An excellent product with excellent lasting power, a must for anyone wanting to vape for extended periods.

I have not as yet bought any cone to go with the batteries but that will no doubt be a future purchase and even without them the kit looks good with a tapered metal drip tip - reminiscent of a Dr Who sonic screwdriver in my geeky opinion. :)

If the quality is anything to go by I will have to buy the XXL battery at some point as well as the build is good but every battery has it's life expectancy.
