Crystal Clear Vaping still not responding to DOA E-Power issue

Purchased an E-Power about a month ago. DOA. Thought it was the switch. Called and Andrew sent me a new switch immediately. That didn't work either. Emailed, Called, Emailed (thinking maybe it's the spring?) - Nothing.

So I purchased an E-Power kit that I am looking at right now as it sits in its box unused :( I just want my money back, or have it replaced with one that actually works.

What gives? I've heard so many fabulous things about them.....
