Besides the 28 pic ... there are the recent 7 that just arrived ... and the oldest is this V1 that ProVape converted to new everything (including new 1 year warranty).

What a beauty! And a little slice of history.

So, a nice round 35, eh? 7 * 5. I like it.

actually, I have the odd # of 37 Provi  ... when I started buying them over 2 years ago, even then, I was prepping for the Vapocalypse ... I prepared myself for nothing to be available, including ProVape and SvoёMesto.

How much did it cost to convert it!

sorry Becky, I actually forget what I paid to have ProVape convert the V1 with all new parts.

Hmmm. 37. A prime number. Or, 6 squared plus 1. I have a thing for squares and cubes. And, plus one just makes it special.

Ooh, 2 squared times 3 squared, plus 1.

Ok. I'm a math nerd. But, I like it!

So I read alot of posts here about all the stockpilling that is going on.
I am in Europe, so things are not quite as dire as in the States, but I am very curious on what you peeps have in the stockpiles right now.
So show us your pictures of your complete stockpile :)
And I've added more, this is about 1/2 of my stash

I thought my 1400-1500 feet of wire was nutty. What do you figure you have?
Oh I'm around 10k feet or so. Mostly smaller gauge wire though between 34 gauge to 44 gauge in SS and kanthal. Love fused Claptons so I want plenty of good quality wire. Not sure if good quality wire will be difficult to get so wanted a good stock of it.

I have 200 feet of kanthal and 60 feet of SS.
I use 6" of wire per coil. Coil is good for 3-6-? months, but let's make it 3. 4 coils per year = 2' per year. OK, mistakes are possible, let's make it 3' per year. So, for 20 years I need 60 feet.

I am thinking the same or a bit more. If I start making coils for my wife I might go thru 30' a year with trying goofy coils.

I bought 1000' feet as 500ft of Kanthal from Lightning was about the same price as 60ft from my local B&Ms. $35 for 1000' and I'm done for life. One less vaping thing to worry about. :)

Yeah what I do is pick up wire, cotton, or what ever base supplies when I order gear. I've got way more wire than I'd use myself to last multiple lifetimes. But I plan on building not only for myself but for friends and family since I really do enjoy building. Don't really do anything beyond Fused Claptons but I do dabble with weird combo's every now and again.

I'm prepping like everyone else, and am a little worried. One of the things I need to buy is wire. I'm not sure exactly how to do that and what I need. I have 7 sub tank minis and Nanos still in box and plan on using the rba decks with them. I've never made a coIL in my life. What Guage or guages of kanthal should I buy. It's probably subjective right depending on the type of vape you want?
I'm also going to purchase some nebula wine tanks from fast tech as I've heard they are easy to build on.. much like building on the stm. Do you guys know what wire I should buy for them (nebula and stm)? I'm pretty much set on mods, tanks, and nic... need to get more flavors and small things like WIRE, cotton/rayon, and batteries.

The "standard wire is 28 guage. All these wires will stay in production for other purposes. I'm concerned they will try to criminalize how generic items are used, even for personal consumption. I know how often I need to rebuild. My time frame is an arbitrary 10 years. 150 meters of 28 gage 316 stainless will get me there, about $20. I expect to resupply PG, VG, flavoring, batteries and cotton. The basic 10 year stash for me is $500. If I add in some redundant supplies I won't go beyond another $500 no matter what.

I'm in a similar boat in that I've never coiled and not looking forward to it. I have heard the merlin is very easy to build on as well. The good thing was any of the kayfuns is there's a huge knowledge base, lots of spare parts for them. The same is true for the stm's.

I've made an effort to have at least 2 of whatever I have with the idea I can cannibalize one to keep the other one working if needed. That seemed easier than collecting a warehouse of mini screws orings and glass tanks. I hate those fiddly little bits.

Sally's beauty supply sells cotton. Buy it once and you'll have enough to last several lifetimes. That's my lowest priority item to stock up on.

My guess as far as highest priority would be nic, fav eliquids, some vape specific flavors and additives are the most vunerable largely due to having a tough time staying in biz. Next would be atomizers and coils, followed by mods. By no means am I an expert though.

I'd welcome other thoughts on the highest priority items to stock up on since not everyone can buy everything they need for a lifetime of vaping all at once.

My wife gave me crap recently as I have vaping supplies all over the house, so I decided to clean up a bit.

$10 later at a flea market, I have my new stockpile box. This holds all of my wire, Kayfun, Kabuki, Nautilus and Subtank spare parts, extra coils, cotton and a dozen or so spare mods.

Kinda redneck, but I think it is pretty cool. Oh, if my house burns down, my vape supplies will likely be safe.;)

Only thing missing out the photo is the spools of wire. 1x 100ft 30g kanthal, 1x 50ft 32g kanthal, 1x 100ft 28g kanthal, 1x 100ft 26g kanthal, and a 15pk of kanthal clapton(28g core, 32g wrap) "wire shots"(each strip makes 2 coils).

As far as stocking up liquid, I'm fine to vape unflavored Pg/vg 0nic, and it's commercially avaliable everywhere so no need to worry.

I am about done, I think. I drifted in some new directions that are safer and long term capable. For Mods I still have Vaporsharks that are in their second year, Provaris and two bottom feeder mods. I have spare parts for each, mostly for the BF Mods since they are mechanical. The BF Mods (Reos) also have their own toppers (6) and extra parts. The VS and Provaris use the same toppers and, so, I went with tried and true ones. KFL+, Lemo V1, Squape Rs and ST-Minis. All are re-buildable. I also have increased the spare parts for all of them. Finally, I have a plain old mech tube mod from my early days.

I used to get e-juice from vendors and have recorded my favorites. Comes to about 12-15. But, now, I DIY and have about 15 recipes that I am happy with. The flavors that specifically go to those recipes are at the 8oz size level. I have probably 50-60 others that are lower. I am not sure where things will go, but I am good for a couple of years. I have not tried unflavored, but that is an option.

For nic, I have two liters broken down in the freezer. Since they are 100mg strength and I only vape at 1.5% nic. The nic should last.

Options, keep options open.
