It's highly unlikely that they'll control delivery systems, but if they do, mech mods last forever. Get a couple of mech mods and a couple of stainless steel rdas. If the worst happens and you're left without a delivery system, you can make your own mod. There are instructions here and online for doing that.

Nicotine is far more likely to be controlled. If you're genuinely concerned, order a couple of liters of pure nicotine and start making your own juice. In the long run, this is also way cheaper than buying juice, and you have total control over flavor and amount of nicotine.

**Please hide the nicotine from kids, pets, and unsuspecting loved ones. PLEASE handle nicotine carefully. Nicotine is serious poison.

After day shopping around, I found something that fits the bill for me. Since I already have and like my ego-style clearomizers, and I have no complaints about eGo batteries, I went with a half dozen eGo-RS batteries. It's an eGo that uses replaceable 14500s:
eGo-RS battery battery-removable

The $4.60 sale price, including the 14500, caught my eye, and reviews I've found of Trueman eGo-rs look pretty good. Shipping was over $15, but getting more than 1 or 2 makes them a steal anyway, since they seem to sell around $12 each at other places. Though they are a little longer than I'd like (88mm), it'll be good to have a few available. With an unlimited budget, I'd have a bb, a little sister, a couple Magnetic Bolts with all 3 tube sizes .... but these will do for now.

Put it this way...

They've been legally selling glass pipes in tobacco shops & convenience stores for a long time now..

From what I understand, many people don't use them for tobacco...

Will vape equipment be legally available in the same manner? Most likely

If the recent New York Times propaganda is any indication, their plan is to go after juice with nic in it...

With few soldering skills and an LM2596 Buck Converter (About $2.00 on EBay) and a Volt Indicator (about $3.00 or less) you can easily make your own VV mod. I have made three, two are powered by an old laptop power supply and one by 14650 batteries.

Other than Nic (most important) I am somewhat concerned about the tanks. I have many Evods and I am finding that after about 6 months of use, even with non tank cracking juices, they are developing cracks in the plastic around the top. I had three fail in one week. I have one "dripper" but it's more trouble than it is worth. Also have a couple of Pro Tanks but glass breaks. I need to get a couple of all metal tanks with post type coil holders. Not indestructible, but should last a long time.

I am aware that hardware will probably not be regulated but if you can't purchase Nic juice easily or at a reasonable price why would the makers of tanks continue to manufacturer them. I would be like building a bicycle if bicycle tires were illegal or extremely restricted.

I'm almost done with the underground bunker in the backyard. First thing going into the supplies room is my vaping supplies. I have 15 cases of 100mg nicotine base ready to put in. I have the wiring in place for the Claymore facing the door.

I'll have a place to go when they put restrictions on. J/k :p

On a rock floating through space
get a couple of 18650 mechs and a provari. lithium ion batteries wont be banned, they cant ban flashlights

also, its not called stockpiling, its called collecting.
I have a torched hcigar nemesis, a mixed rainbow nemesis, an hcigar kylin, a brand unknown brass sentinel m16 (love this thing), two roughstack, a zmax v5, and a buzz pro. And I need more.

I would collect a couple RBA also, and spare parts

A couple/three mechs, one or two Kicks, a few rebuildables, and you should be set for a while. I can't see things like cotton and Kanthal being banned, and batteries will always be available (at least until the much-anticipated Zombie apocalypse).

E-liquid is an easy target, IMO. I'm sure that the ingredients other than nicotine will stay as available as they are now, but pre-mixed e-liquid, in my opinion, is low-hanging fruit for a power-hungry legislator to put in his basket.

15 cases? That should last a year or two. ;)

If you are any good with a soldering iron you can google the instructions for making a Puck mod.

Though honestly with the price of clone mechs it is probably easier and not much more expensive to pick a couple of those for piece of mind.

My first "homemade" mod was a Puck and it didn't really work out for me. With 3 NIMH batteries your voltage is 3.6, with 4 batteries 4.8. One was too few volts and the other was too much for my setups. Once the batteries dropped to 4.0 -4.2 volts it was fine.

Evods did that to me, too. I think the plastic gets stressed at the connections from screwing on/off the base. I like these more durable glass EVOD-alikes, especially at $3: https://www.fasttech.com/p/1535302 They take protank heads, which I find easy to recoil.

Ah but once you know HOW one goes together redoing it for our better batteries is not rocket science:)

I purchased 8 of those. I'm about 6 weeks into the oldest pair and I really like them. Can't beat the price. I have 4 of the 8 still in their boxes for when more Evods fail. It's nice that the Evods, Pro Tanks, and these all use the same base.

I've already built its replacement using 4 14650 batteries. I have them wired in sets of two. When one set runs down a flip of a toggle switch gives me a fresh pair. I used an LM2596 Buck Converter with a 2K pot to make it VV, and an ebay voltmeter that I can turn on and off to show me the voltage.

even so the point was it can be done if worst case scenario with regulation comes to pass
