I read somewhere on this forum someone said to look at vaping in a way like changing brands, not the same at first, a little less satisfying but once you get the hang of things you're good to go! This really helped and it was shortly after that I stopped wanting an analog so much, it is not all roses believe me I think your brain craves what it used to want more so than your body and you just kinda have to change your way of thinking, having one puff off a cigarette on day 5 sure put me in my place, it wasn't what I remembered smoking to be at all! Yuck! It did help to get a higher nic juice as well as some lower ones for when I really crave, like first thing in the morning and after meals!
