Thank you! How was your fourth? My brother in law almost caught himself on fire today. A Goliath artillery shell exploded like 3 feet out of the tube and shot sparks all over him. I freaked out, but he was fine, so then it was funny, kind of...
You welcome, It was good, spent 6 hours pulling kids around behind the boat wake bording and skiing, then blew alot of stuff up. So pretty great!

Well it looks like Stainless Steel is out... $343 to have it made. Still, the WSF Polished should be strong, and it will only cost $70 to have it made that way.
You can use some neo magnets for mounting the caps, just a thought.
Would like to see it when you get it made
BTW I would go with the white detailed, you really do not need flexibility for this design.

The White detail is $135... I was looking at the Alumide, but I don't know how stiff that material is... I see alot of people on that site use WSF, and it doesn't seem like a soft material.
Well 70 is better than 135
I did get notifacation that one of my models could not be produced as it was < than .3mm (Alumide), WSF minimum is .7mm, the only problem I can see is the two holes for the LED window. The are < than .7mm to the opening for the LED. I can rework the model to exclude then and you can drill them afterwards. That way you don't get what happened to me. Submit model and wait a week only to find out it can not be produced.

Well I had a minor financial setback, but soon I will be buying a second Provari, and using my current one for this body. I will definitely post picks when I do.
All that and you didn't go through with it? I'm sad I read every post!! lol

I know! At the moment it's just too cost prohibitive... I mean, anything less than Stainless Steel is unacceptable in my book, but even the white detail is well over $100...
