This time, the appreciation comes FROM the customer.

I want to thank you for the extra gift because of delayed shipping. I certainly understand the circumstances. I had an initial poor opinion because of how long it took to ship, but your letter included with my order did exactly what it was supposed to do. Rest assured, even though it was my first order, you have no poor reputation with me.

The 2ohm 801 is great. It doesn't have the bite of a 1.5 that I like, but I get the impression it is more durable

On my way to work today I had an devastating LR atty failure and had no spare(i.e. I was up the creek).

Luckily, Iken lives directly behind my parents house & it's on my way to work.

As I pull up, he's coming back from the Post Office(shipping on Saturdays, what a guy) and he was able to hook me up with a few 2.0ohm 510's and a few free goodies as well. He saved my Kiester when I was High and Dry!!! Thanks again for your help today Iken and I'm glad to hear your doing well healthwise. Best wishes to you and your family!!!

Thank you so much for your understanding and most definitely the good words. What had happened with our pc equipment was just a total night mare. Thankfully all has been recovered, besides the actual pc which should be here later on in the day. We'll be sure not to have another crash again thankfully to the Western Digital technology.

I know of two vendors that have a genuine "community attitude", and Isaac is one of them. Isaac knows the other I have had nothing but great service from day one from Ikenvape, a minor problem on my first order was rectified within minutes of them receiving my e-mail. I am glad he doesn't live 1/2 hr from me, I would be broke

I happen to make my 1st order from Isaac the Sunday night before the computer crash. I heard about the crash and waited. My order was sent priority mail and received the following Monday a week after my order. Not just was it sent priority when I only paid for 1st class I just realized when I opened my 2nd box of cartos that Isaac sent me 3 extra ones. Thanks Isaac for this excellent customer service. This was a problem that was somewhat out of your hands. Obviously some better systems could have been in place but I'm sure you will learn from the experience and your computer system has improved.
About ten years ago my companies office was broken into because they were to cheap to buy an alarm system and all the computers were stolen. Not just did they have to buy all new computers and pay an outside company to come in and restore all the files they had to pay us to sit around and do nothing for 3 days. Before they even bought the new computers an alarm system was installed. This example is proof even larger companies don't always think ahead. I just hope everyone was understanding and will not hold this against Isaac. My next carto order will be from Isaac.

Oh wow! Now that is an excellent example! Thank you again.Obviously the company lost a whole lot more by not having security. Live and learn can be such a cruel lesson. Thankfully for good people like you our business will survive. it could've been alot worse, but the guilt on this side of you and other customers waiting so long will never vanish. For our security, I picked up 2x 1TB hard drives. So we have a back up and a back up of the back up!
