This post will be edited depending on what happens....

I made a pretty simple order through Litecig on Monday. A box of 510 blank cartos, and a box of menthol 510 cartos.. I received the order today (Thursday) and the blanks are not for a 510. The battery end is female, and since 510 is the only thing I've owned in my big 2 months vaping, I have no clue what these blanks fit. Kinda odd for such a small order to get screwed up though.

Sadly, my wife snagged the mail while I was out, was excited about the cartos showing up, and filled a couple of the blanks up with my favorite juice as a surprise (I showed her the condom filling vids last night).

This is not a big deal, but 50% of an order being wrong is not something that should happen.

I will update this depending on how litecig responds to the error.

well i replied to both the email and the pm you left me on here. i will ship them out first thing tomorrow morning priority mail. i put out alot of orders a day, mistake can happen fortunately its under 1 percent, i keep track lol. but 1 percent is only 1 in 100 orders. sinc ei do everything myself there is no one else to blame, but i can garuntee it will takin care of and you will be happy.

update: Shawn is sending me a replacement pack of 510 cartos. 2 emails, 2 forum replies, and a PM. All full of excuses why, not a single one containing an apology. Simply saying "hey sorry for the mixup, I'll get the correct one out to you" rather than excuses would have been nice. I honestly dont care the reason, or how low your mistake percentage is.
Last update will be when I receive the correct blanks.

sorry man. my apparently blind neighbor backed into my jeep right around the same time I was finding out the cartos were wrong and I kinda blew my top over both issues. The carto thing is no big deal at all, and you were on top of sending a fix out within minutes of finding out what happened. Thumbs up to the product and the customer service!

BTW, my jeep is ok, just a bit of a fender-dent. Kinda funny, the top of her trunk lid hit the bottom of my fender well :) Big jeep wins! But how can you NOT see a Lifted, Black, Grand Cherokee behind you ?!!?

another update and then I'll stop spamming your Feedback forum :)

Received a package Sunday (yes, Sunday) with Litecig's replacements for the mixup earlier this week. The carto boxes are exactly the same and I honestly can't believe there aren't more shipping errors made. That just goes to show Shawn's attention to detail and customer service is A+.

I am as satisfied a customer as I can get, and even ordered some more juice from Litecig today :)

I got my order yesterday. While I was getting into the truck the mail lady pulled in behind me and handed me the package. Talk about fast delivery. I didn't expect this package for another two days. Nice surprise and I was thrilled to try some of the new supplies while on the road.
The cartomizers are great. I filled some with the new e-juice while on break and the Chocolate and Party Puff juices sweetened the day.

I must agree with all of you. Very pleased with LiteCigUSA! Couldn't believe how fast the Cartos showed up either! Shipped out Tues morning and in my mailbox by Thurs morning!
Most suppliers leave the packages for pickup at the end of the business day. I guess LiteCigUSA runs those babies over to the post office bright and early, lol.

I've made several orders from Shawn, and have to say they always arrive quickly and accurately. I've sent all my friends and family to his site, as you just can't beat his prices, anywhere. I am a new e-cigarette smoker, as it's only been 17 days for me. I have to say I was able to quit tobacco the moment I got my KR808 units from Shawn, and haven't looked back. This after 23 years of smoking Camel Wides one pack a day. My father, whom I purchased a KR set for from Shawn, quit tobacco after 63 years of smoking. My wife, some 35 years of smoking quit also with her set I bought her.

I am now an advocate of the e-cigarette. I am constantly preaching to people to change to e-cigarettes and get away from tobacco, and sending them to Shawn's site to make their purchases.

Shawn and Litecigusa.net deserves a huge round of applause for doing what he does.

Bravo!
