I need some help. I bought 2 boxes of the cartomizers for my Ego and they are just not working out. I tried two cartos and They both wound up giving me a nasty taste, either burnt or medicinal is how I might describe it. And it started that way and continued so after a while I just gave up trying. I wonder if I could send the sealed ones back and get credit towards some plain old cartridges. Has anybody else run into this problem? Is it me? Is it that thses cartos dont jive with the Ego?
 
iv purchased alot of stuff off of them and have had no problems with anything i got from them sofar iv gotten 4 EGOs and 4 Joye 510 MEGA Manual Switch Batterys all working gr8 a few chargers i did buy a auto Joye 510 but it has died i dont recommend the auto battery there too flaky there just made that way as for there juice i get there 555 and it tastes gr8 also iv gottin lots of there cartomizers the prefilled all worked good and the blank ones iv had no problems with either all the cartomizers iv refilled afew times over and they all still taste good

which ones did you get ?? the prefilled or the blanks

i just ordered there SP2 sparkplug and some more blank and prefilled cartomizers :)

I got the blanks - the ones made by SLB. Which ones did you get? are you using them on your Ego?

yes i have both and fill them with 555 juice i have some of the prefilled one too i also refill with e-juice after they start to taste crapy and they all work gr8 on my ego 510s ... you are filling the blank ones with some e-juice ???

i looked around in here and see you been here longer then me so im sure you been filling them with some juice .. i dont know,, all the ones iv gotten taste ok to me, to me they arent tasting burn or medicinal but then again taste is taste some peoples taste is different

if you dont like em you dont like em,, id get up with them,, im sure they will make good,, from what iv seen sofar from them, is they are a stand up company

What I'd do is let them air out for a while before you use them. The platic sleeves they are in have a bit of an odor to me.

So I'd reccomend taking the Cartos out of their sleeves and letting them air out for a day or so. Let the sleeves air out too. I have a feeling you are probably just picking up the plasticy sleeve scent from the carto and that is making everything taste funny too.

Worth a shot anyway!

inventory, can and does get messed up sometimes. its not possible for me to monitor every single of the over 700 items on the site to make sure the shopping cart keeps accurate track of inventory. your item that wasnt shipped was refunded back to you. i apologize for the hassle but errors in inventory do happen.
 
hey Shawn i have no problem with it your service its Gr8 iv ordered alot from you in the last 2 months everything showed up in a timely and in good working manor,, as for the SP2,, chit happens no biggy,, the DSE-905 i got instead got here fast and works outstanding,, and as for Davidcid comment it dont reflect nothing ,,, actions speak louder then words and sofar your actions been outstanding .. il be doing alot more business with you thats for sure

Oh , I clearly heard you say on the telephone, "computer glitch" caused the fault.
Please note: I do 'uncheck' the box so your computer does not store my credit card info. . Hope that request was followed thru so your computer doesn't go on a 'glitch frenzy' (ie: store then distribute...) .

Them dang computers these days, they think they are so smart.

The shopping cart is a program an inventory errors an how it tracks them can occassionallymess up. Again i apologize for the mistake.

This is unacceptable! You should be counting all of your 700 items multiple times every day! Just like they are inmates in your PV Prison!!! I bet you still find time to sleep?!?! Clearly you are NOT working hard enough!

If you can't do an 'inmate count' several times a day then maybe you need to hire a few PV Prison guards to make sure none of your merchandise 'escapes'!

I swear, what is it with retailers making the rare mistake these days?!? It's like these companies are run by humans relying on computers or something! I swear the next time anybody anywhere makes a mistake and I have a chance to bitz about I'm going to REALLY let them know how I feel!

FYI I used to count PV supplies in my spare time. So if you want to hire me on as a 'PV Prison Guard' to count the items I'll do it. I just need $45k a year in addition to medical/dental insurance and 3 weeks paid vacation with a nice 401k/pension plan. Thanks!

I've purchased several items from Litecigusa in the past and have had nothing but positive experiences. However, <yeah, knew that was coming> I did recently purchase 10 SLB soft cartos and so far 5 have that burnt/chemical taste.

I don't want to waste any more juice on the remainder... Is there a possiblility to have these swapped for the Boge cartos? :unsure:

ordered some liquid from you guys about a week ago. Received it in 3 days I think.I love all the flavors I got (Newport,Salem,Camel Turk, Mild Seven, and Cotton Candy)

As soon as I get some more Blu atomizers, I will continue E-Smoking and you'll continue to have my business.

A+ experience with you guys

Do you guys sell any atomizers that fit the Blu ? If so, I would like to know if they require me to buy different carts or not.

Yesterday I made two orders with 10 minutes interval, and couldn't use the "change/cancel order" option. I wanted to cancel the first one and order the items together, to save on shipping. I wrote a comment on second order, asking to put the both orders in same shipping, but never got the answer. Please, will you take a look if you can refund for second shipping?

hmm im pretty sure they were already shipped, more then likely unless you send a ticket they will be packed seperately as i try to get them out of here as fast as i can.

No, i didn't send the ticket. If this gonna delay the shipment, then leave it. I want it as soon as possible. Anyway, my fault, Next time will need make my mind before ordering :)
