The best customer service ever!

I'm new to e-cigs and recently ordered the xpower 900c. After playing around with it I realized that the starter kit came with an atomizer and cartridges instead of the cartomizers that it was supposed to have. I went ahead and emailed them to explain what happened, not as a complaint, but just let them know that there was a mistake.

The next morning when I check my email, their customer support has already sent out a pack of cartomizers to me!

I hope you put some more business cards in this package, lol. I'm gonna recommend everyone to your website.

Best prices off any non-Chinese site I have seen, and trust me, I have most likely been to every single one window shopping. Lightning fast shipping, too. :D

The battery on the disposable 510-b I got for my stepson semi-died in about a week, but that was to be expected in that unit. It still vaped like a champ, tho, and I just ordered a new battery and charger for him.

I got a couple of Dekang juices, and was universally disappointed with them. Not LiteCig's fault, mostly my own for not researching them ahead of time. The RY4 was so disgusting I was about to flush it down the toilet on the first cart fill. Horrible chemical taste, even after mixing with the last of my precious Kamel juice. I am letting it steep to see if it becomes vapable, but I'm not holding my breath on that. The cappuccino was nice at first, but about 1/3 of the bottle gone, it got that same horrid taste the RY4 did (and yes, I shake the bottle before a refill). After letting it steep for a couple days in the fridge, most the nasty chemical taste was gone, but so was almost all of the actual cappuccino flavor. Very strange stuff.

Anyway, now I ordered some High Caliber juices and I am hoping they will be better *crosses fingers*. XD

Im very happy with Litecigusa on many levels, in the same state so my shipments get here next day with regular usps shipping, also the best prices i have found on hardware. Just recently i found out first hand how excellent the customer support is as well. I recommend this site to anyone who asks me about e cigs and hand out a card if i have any left. Thanks again!

Just got my latest order. :D

LiteCig was out of the High Caliber RY4 I've been wanting to try, so they promptly credited that back to my account before the package even arrived, and the bill that came with my package was also hand-annotated to reflect that. Just one nice little detail.

The Sin-a-Bun juice I got had some really awful and strong aftertaste that stuck around in my atty and palate for a ridiculously long time. Even the wife complained it left a strong, lingering, chemical smell in the air that she could sense from down the hall. I'll let it steep for a week and try it again, and if I still don't like it, I'll cut it down with some near flavorless Dekang mocha I got hanging around. Monster vapor out of that juice tho.

The flu-cured, however... OMFG!! What a good juice. Could not be happier with it. Tobacco with a sweet honey finish, nice TH, awesome vapor... I did not think I'd like it so much. I am one happy man.

Litecig in my humble opinion is awesome. I ordered two manual kr808D-1 batteries and a usb charger. All I have to say is that it came quick, ordered on Tues. and arrived on Thurs. Also, I like the fact that the batteries blink while their charging so that I can tell when they're charged. Also, being red/green colorblind, I can actually tell when the charger switches colors, this is a BIG plus in my book. LITECIG you should promote this!!!

I had burned out my last atty the other day and I ordered 2 lr 510 attys from litecig. I got the order in by about 12noon est. I had put in the notes that I was a bit desperate, so the quicker they could ship, the better. They advertise shipment takes 24 - 48 hrs.

Well, the shipped it out same day. They didn't have to, but they did. That's great customer service. I'm nothing special. I don't think I've ordered anything from them in almost a year, but I was still treated as important. They just earned my regular business as far as I'm concerned.

Customer service is perfect. Had a couple issues that got resolved very quickly. I'm very impressed and I won't shop anywhere else because I know I will always be happy with my purchases. and with shipping prices so low, I don't even bother to look anywhere else.
Cheapest prices. Cheapest Shipping. Great stock on so many items. and outstanding customer service. Why would you wanna shop anywhere else?

My last order got shipped to me so fast I couldnt believe it. I wasn't expecting it for a few more days and wow, I got it so soon, I was very pleased

This IS one of the best companies EVER!!! I go to them for ALL of my cartomizer/atomizer needs. They always have sales, they ship lightning fast & shipping is inexpensive. I just realized this morning that they have customer rewards points.......hmmmm, i wonder how long those have been building up & I never realized it. I swear i'm cleaning them out of 6mg pre-filled menthol cartomizers. I don't use them ALL of the time, but I always have one with me, because you never know when you run into a vapemergency, & I vape them on the way home from work.

Earlier this week i had both of my Ego batteries die on me. My g/f was using an atty i picked up elsewhere that was really low resistance and it fried her battery in a few weeks and the next morning it fried mine as soon as she tried it on it. The very same day i went to litecig to browse for a new big battery PV. I decided on the Ugo because of the passthrough feature and the great price. The order was shipped out the same day and i received it the next day. The Ugo works great, looks awesome and i couldnt be happier with it. Thanks litecig for the fast shipping and great prices.

Another happy camper here! I recently ordered a couple of manual Kr8 batts, a couple boxes of cartos and 2 ac chargers for the Kr8s. When my order arrived (very quickly!) I found that the manual batts did work well with the chargers due to button being in the way to screw in. I emailed to ask about this and received a prompt reply saying the website needed to be updated to state that the ac charger was for manual batts only, AND an offer to send me the correct usb charger with ac adapter "ON THE HOUSE"! He didn't even ask me to return the others, just offered another. I was very impressed with this response and so placed a small juice order and ask him to throw the usb charger in with it. He did so, and again, I received it quickly. Couldn't ask for better service, prices or shipping cost and speed! Thank you!

Placed my order Monday for an pink eGo-T received it today. Emailed them some questions I had about the battery because stupid me didn't notice I had dropped the instruction manual on the floor when I opened the box! Very fast replies and excellent customer service. Thank you so much Shawn!!! Can't wait to place my next order for some different juice for this!

OK, so when Shawn says "pm sent for replacement" it is already done! He said that to me once, and the replacement was there next day. Product quality is top notch at LiteCig, prices are good, service is excellent and as everybody noted it here: "Shipping is fastest in the land". And one more thing ... sent an e-mail question on a Sunday afternoon and 20 minutes later I had an answer. Does this guy do anything other than work for us?
