Customer Service Won't Answer

    I placed an order on January 1st. Since this was a holiday, I figured shipping would be delayed. However, the order still has not shipped and I can't reach anybody via email or phone call. Vaping(dotcom) had great reviews so I'm really surprised at the terrible customer service. Help!
    I replied to your thread in the other post, the warehouse team told me they have no backlog, so I'll find out what's happening and get back to you as soon as they're in.

    There was an error in sending the tracking email, looks like it arrived yesterday, hope that's the case!
