Unfourtanetly I was unable to send a private message to Hoogie so I suppose I will post here what I tried to send privately. Hopefully we can get this resolved.

Hey Hoogie,


I am a regular Madvapes customer, I really enjoy all of your products and great service. Fourtanetly I have never had a problem with the customer service until just recently.


You can read more on the ticket itself but here is what has happened so far:
I purchased a variable voltage box mod among other things on 4/30/2011. The mod had been working great until I damaged it screwing on an atomizer too tight. I opened a ticket on 05/10/2011 explaining what had happened. I was told by David Brown that I could send the box mod in and they would go ahead and repair it then send it back. I sent the package out and it was delivered on 5/17/2011. I understand you guys are busy but I thought that my inquiry might have been processed by now. I grew impatient and since have purchased a new box mod on 5/28/2011 and it is working flawlessly.


At this point I would at least like my box mod shipped back in its malfunctioning state than not have one at all. Although, I would really like if we could figure something else out. :2cool:
