I've ordered a lot of stuff online, but some of the worst kinds of service I get are from the addictive substance dealers. So far I've been stiffed TWICE in the last two months by suppliers. The first time I never got my package or a refund and the dealer isn't answering my emails, the second time I got the wrong package and now I have to send about 900 photographs to the dealer so they'll believe me.. even though I'm pretty sure the guy who got my package is going through the same thing! How do we deal with dishonest suppliers? Are there any vape-related vendors who are guilty of this? I'm sure with something like vaping, it can be easy to take advantage of people's newness to the subject and also shoddy merchandise.

Sorry to hear about your probs. Look who people hear use. Just upgraded to a mod setup recently and had great dealings with Varitube, Myfreedomsmokes, Heathers Heavenly Vapor, Alien Visions and Smokin Crow. Can't vouch for the rest.

Are you using vendors advertised on ECF? I would PM one of the Mods to see what you can do, I believe that there is a process for complaints.

3) READ stickies on how it works
4) make posts after reading stickies; Complain.
