I ordered 3 juices from Virgin Vapor 3 weeks ago and finally got my order 1 week ago. I open the package and to my surprise there was juice all over inside the packaging. One of the bottle's cap was barely on and most of the juice had leaked out. I sent an email to VV's customer service about it and now a week later haven't heard a single word. There's no phone number anywhere on their website and I'm starting to get worried here.
I really wanted to love VV and I think I have been more than patient with the slow service and response but I just don't know anymore.
Anyone have any suggestions?
